Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn; I have done as you told me. Come now, sit and eat of my game, so that you may bless me.”

雅各对他父亲说：“我是你的长子以扫；我已照你所吩咐我的行了。请起来坐着，吃我的野味，好给我祝福。”

雅各对他父亲说：“我是你的长子以扫。我已照你吩咐我的做了。请起来坐着，吃我的野味，你好为我祝福。”

雅各对他父亲说：“我是你的长子以扫。我已照你吩咐我的做了。请起来坐着，吃我的野味，你好为我祝福。”

雅各对父亲说：“我是你的大儿子以扫，你吩咐我的事，我已经办好了。请你坐起来，吃我打的野味，然后给我祝福。”

雅各对他父亲说：“我就是你的长子以扫，你吩咐我作的，我已经照样作了。请坐起来，吃我的猎物，好给我祝福。”

雅各对他父亲说：“我是你的长子以扫，我已照着你吩咐我的去做了。请坐起来，吃我的野味，好为我祝福。”

雅各對他父親說：“我就是你的長子以掃，你吩咐我作的，我已經照樣作了。請坐起來，吃我的獵物，好給我祝福。”

雅各對他父親說：『我就是你的長子以掃；我已經照你所告訴我的作好了；請起來坐着，喫我打獵所得的肉，好全心全意地給我祝福。

雅各對他父親說：「我是你的長子以掃，我已照著你吩咐我的去做了。請坐起來，吃我的野味，好為我祝福。」

雅各曰、我乃長子以掃、遵命而行、請起而坐、食所獵者、祝嘏於我、

雅各曰、我乃長子以掃、遵命而行請起食野獸之肉、祝嘏於我。

雅各對父曰、我乃長子以掃、遵父命而行、請起、坐而食我所獵者、為我祝福、

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn. I have done as you told me. Please sit up and eat some of my game, so that you may give me your blessing.”

Jacob said to his father,“ I’m your oldest son Esau. I’ve done as you told me. Please sit up. Eat some of my wild meat. Then give me your blessing.”

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn. I have done as you told me; now sit up and eat of my game, that your soul may bless me.”

Jacob replied,“ It’s Esau, your firstborn son. I’ve done as you told me. Here is the wild game. Now sit up and eat it so you can give me your blessing.”

Jacob replied to his father,“ I am Esau, your firstborn. I have done as you told me. Please sit up and eat some of my game so that you may bless me.”

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau your firstborn; I have done just as you told me; please arise, sit and eat of my game, that your soul may bless me.”

And Jacob said unto his father, I am Esau thy first- born; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.

Jacob replied to his father,“ I am Esau, your firstborn. I have done as you told me. Please sit up and eat some of my game so that you may bless me.”

And Jacob said unto his father, I[ am] Esau thy firstborn; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.

Jacob said to his father,“ I am Esau, your firstborn. I’ve done as you told me. Now sit up and eat some of my wild game so that you can bless me.”

Now in the evening he took his daughter Leah and brought her to him; and Jacob had relations with her.Laban also gave his female slave Zilpah to his daughter Leah as a slave.So it came about in the morning that, behold, it was Leah! And he said to Laban,“ What is this that you have done to me? Was it not for Rachel that I served with you? Why then have you deceived me?”

Then Isaac said to Jacob,“ Please come close, so that I may feel you, my son, whether you are really my son Esau or not.”

Now the first came out red, all over like a hairy garment; and they named him Esau.

And Jeroboam said to his wife,“ Now arise and disguise yourself so that they will not know that you are the wife of Jeroboam, and go to Shiloh. Behold, Ahijah the prophet is there, who said regarding me that I would be king over this people.

But he denied it before them all, saying,“ I do not know what you are talking about.”When he had gone out to the gateway, another slave woman saw him and* said to those who were there,“ This man was with Jesus of Nazareth.”And again he denied it, with an oath:“ I do not know the man.”A little later the bystanders came up and said to Peter,“ You really are one of them as well, since even the way you talk gives you away.”Then he began to curse and swear,“ I do not know the man!” And immediately a rooster crowed.

Because you have said,“ We have made a covenant with death, And with Sheol we have made a pact. The gushing flood will not reach us when it passes by, Because we have made falsehood our refuge and we have concealed ourselves with deception.”

And if anyone still prophesies, then his father and mother who gave birth to him will say to him,‘ You shall not live, because you have spoken falsely in the name of the Lord’; and his father and mother who gave birth to him shall pierce him through when he prophesies.Also it will come about on that day that the prophets will each be ashamed of his vision when he prophesies, and they will not put on a hairy robe in order to deceive;

and prepare a delicious meal for me such as I love, and bring it to me that I may eat, so that my soul may bless you before I die.”

And he said,“ Are you really my son Esau?” And he said,“ I am.”So he said,“ Bring it to me, and I will eat of my son’s game, that I may bless you.” And he brought it to him, and he ate; he also brought him wine and he drank.

Then he said to him,“ I too am a prophet like you, and an angel spoke to me by the word of the Lord, saying,‘ Bring him back with you to your house, so that he may eat bread and drink water.’ ” But he lied to him.
