I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.

I will make my covenant with you last forever. It will be between me and you and your family after you for all time to come. I will be your God. And I will be the God of all your family after you.

And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you.

“ I will confirm my covenant with you and your descendants after you, from generation to generation. This is the everlasting covenant: I will always be your God and the God of your descendants after you.

I will confirm my covenant that is between me and you and your future offspring throughout their generations. It is a permanent covenant to be your God and the God of your offspring after you.

那天夜裡，耶和華向他顯現，說：「我是你父親亞伯拉罕的神；你不要害怕，因為我與你同在。我要因我僕人亞伯拉罕的緣故祝福你，並使你的後裔增多。」

看哪，耶和華站在梯子上方，說：「我是耶和華，你父親亞伯拉罕的神、以撒的神。我必把你現在躺臥之地，賜給你和你的後裔。

主又說，在那些日子以後，我要與以色列家訂立這樣的約：我要把我的法則放在他們的意念中，刻在他們的心上；我將要做他們的神，他們將要做我的子民。

但如今，他們所嚮往的是一個更美好的，就是在天上的家鄉。因此，神被稱為「他們的神」並不以為恥；原來他已經為他們預備了一座城。

就在那一天，耶和華與亞伯蘭立約，說：「我已經把這地賜給你的後裔，從埃及河直到幼發拉底大河，

因為這應許是給你們和你們的兒女，以及所有在遠處的人，就是主我們的神所召來的人。」

也不因為是亞伯拉罕的後裔，就都是他的兒女；只有「從以撒生的，才會被稱為你的後裔。」這就是說，肉身的兒女並不是神的兒女，只有應許的兒女才算是後裔。原來所應許的話是這樣的：「到明年這時候我要來，撒拉會生一個兒子。」

『我是亞伯拉罕的神、以撒的神、雅各的神。』神不是死人的神，而是活人的神。」

向我們的祖先施憐憫，不忘他神聖的約，就是向我們的先祖亞伯拉罕所起的誓，使我們從敵人的手中被救出，在我們所有的日子裡無所懼怕，以聖潔和公義事奉他；

他們是以色列人：兒子的名份、榮耀、諸約、所賜的律法、禮儀、各樣應許，都是他們的；

他記念自己的約，直到永遠；記念他吩咐的話，直到千代——就是他與亞伯拉罕所立的約，向以撒所起的誓；又把這約給雅各立為律例，給以色列立為永遠的約；他說：「我要把迦南地賜給你，作為你們繼業的份。」

他扶助他的僕人以色列，不忘憐憫，正如他對我們祖先，對亞伯拉罕和他的後裔所說的，直到永遠。」

在其中，你們從前行事為人，是順著這世界的潮流，順著那空中勢力的掌權者，就是現今在那些不信從的兒女裡面做工的靈。

耶穌看見了就很不滿，對門徒們說：「讓小孩子到我這裡來，不要阻止他們，因為神的國正屬於這樣的人。

神的各樣應許，原是對亞伯拉罕和他的一個後裔說的。神並沒有說「後裔們」，像是指著許多人；而是說「你的一個後裔」，像是指著一個人，這一位就是基督。我說的這話是：四百三十年以後出現的律法，不能廢棄神預先立好的約，使那應許無效。

我是耶和華你的神，是把你從埃及地帶上來的那一位。你要張大你的口，讓我填滿它。
