亞伯蘭曰、我已舉手、指至高之上帝、天地之主宰耶和華而誓、

亞伯蘭謂所多瑪王曰、我指天地之主宰、至高天主耶和華而誓、

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ With raised hand I have sworn an oath to the Lord, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have raised my hand to make a promise to the Lord. He is the Most High God. He is the Creator of heaven and earth.

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have lifted my hand to the Lord, God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth,

Abram replied to the king of Sodom,“ I solemnly swear to the Lord, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have raised my hand in an oath to the LORD, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have sworn to the Lord God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth,

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have raised my hand to the Lord, God Most High, the Possessor of heaven and earth,

And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lifted up my hand unto Jehovah, God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth,

But Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have raised my hand in an oath to Yahweh, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,

And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,

But Abram replied to the king of Sodom,“ I raise my hand to the LORD, the Most High God, Creator of heaven and earth, and vow

Abram said to the king of Sodom,“ I have lifted up my hand to Yahweh, God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth,

我聽見那身穿細麻衣、在河水之上的人說話；他向天舉起左右手，指著永遠活著的那一位起誓說：「要經過一期、二期、半期，當聖潔子民的力量被打碎時，這一切事就會成就。」

接著，我所看見的那位站在海上和地上的天使，向天舉起他的右手，指著活到永永遠遠的那一位，就是創造了天和天上之物、地和地上之物、海和海中之物的那一位，起誓說：「不再有時間了！

大地和其中所充滿的，世界和住在其中的，都屬於耶和華，

願他們知道，你——名為耶和華的，唯獨你是全地之上的至高者。

亞伯拉罕在比爾-謝巴栽種了一棵檉柳樹，在那裡呼求耶和華永恆之神的名。

那些日子結束了，我尼布甲尼撒舉目望天，我的理智回到我身上。我就頌讚至高者，稱讚、尊崇永遠活著的那一位——他的權柄是永遠的權柄，他的國度世世代代長存！

現在，請你在這裡指著神向我起誓，你絕不以詭詐對待我，以及我的子孫後裔；我怎樣以恩慈對待你，你也要怎樣對待我和你所寄居的這地。」亞伯拉罕說：「我願意起誓。」同時，亞伯拉罕因亞比米勒的僕人們搶占了一口水井，指責了亞比米勒。亞比米勒說：「我不知道誰做了這事，你也沒有告訴過我，我今天才聽到。」於是亞伯拉罕牽來牛羊，送給亞比米勒，他們兩人就立了約。亞伯拉罕又從羊群中分出七隻小母羊另放一處。亞比米勒問亞伯拉罕：「你分出來另放一處的這七隻小母羊，是作什麼的呢？」亞伯拉罕說：「你要從我手中接受這七隻小母羊，作我挖掘這口井的見證。」因此那地方被稱為比爾-謝巴，因為他們兩人在那裡起了誓。

亞伯蘭九十九歲時，耶和華向亞伯蘭顯現，對他說：「我是全能的神，你當行在我面前，作純全人。

那至高至尊、永遠長存、名為至聖者的如此說：「我住在至高至聖的地方，也與靈裡痛悔的人和謙卑的人同在，使謙卑的人靈裡復甦，使痛悔的人心裡復甦。

他祝福亞伯蘭，說：「願至高神、天地的主宰祝福亞伯蘭！至高神是當受頌讚的！他把你的敵人交在你的手中。」亞伯蘭就把所有的十分之一獻給他。
