to reveal his Son in me so that I might preach him among the Gentiles, my immediate response was not to consult any human being.

to show his Son in my life. He wanted me to preach about Jesus among the Gentiles. When God appointed me, I decided right away not to ask anyone for advice.

Seeing it is God, that said, Light shall shine out of darkness, who shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

And I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you( and was hindered hitherto), that I might have some fruit in you also, even as in the rest of the Gentiles.I am debtor both to Greeks and to Barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish.

But I speak to you that are Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle of Gentiles, I glorify my ministry;

For I make known to you, brethren, as touching the gospel which was preached by me, that it is not after man.For neither did I receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Jesus Christ.

For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world- rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Who said of his father, and of his mother, I have not seen him; Neither did he acknowledge his brethren, Nor knew he his own children: For they have observed thy word, And keep thy covenant.

but as it is written, Things which eye saw not, and ear heard not, And which entered not into the heart of man, Whatsoever things God prepared for them that love him.But unto us God revealed them through the Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.For who among men knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of the man, which is in him? even so the things of God none knoweth, save the Spirit of God.But we received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is from God; that we might know the things that were freely given to us of God.Which things also we speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Spirit teacheth; combining spiritual things with spiritual words.

For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus in behalf of you Gentiles,—

that I should be a minister of Christ Jesus unto the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be made acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.I have therefore my glorying in Christ Jesus in things pertaining to God.For I will not dare to speak of any things save those which Christ wrought through me, for the obedience of the Gentiles, by word and deed,in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Holy Spirit; so that from Jerusalem, and round about even unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ;

And he said unto me, Depart: for I will send thee forth far hence unto the Gentiles.

But from those who were reputed to be somewhat( whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth not man’s person)— they, I say, who were of repute imparted nothing to me:but contrariwise, when they saw that I had been intrusted with the gospel of the uncircumcision, even as Peter with the gospel of the circumcision( for he that wrought for Peter unto the apostleship of the circumcision wrought for me also unto the Gentiles);and when they perceived the grace that was given unto me, James and Cephas and John, they who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship, that we should go unto the Gentiles, and they unto the circumcision;

forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they may be saved; to fill up their sins always: but the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.

Since then the children are sharers in flesh and blood, he also himself in like manner partook of the same; that through death he might bring to nought him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

whereof I was made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which was given me to you- ward, to fulfil the word of God,even the mystery which hath been hid for ages and generations: but now hath it been manifested to his saints,to whom God was pleased to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Then after the space of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me.

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

whereunto I was appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher.

Wherefore we henceforth know no man after the flesh: even though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.
