“现在，河西的达乃总督和示他‧波斯乃，以及他们的同僚，就是住河西的官员，你们当远离那里。

于是我们问那些长老，对他们这样说：‘谁降旨让你们建造这殿，完成这建筑呢？’

你们中间凡作他子民的，可以上犹大的耶路撒冷去，重建耶和华—以色列神的殿，他是在耶路撒冷的神；愿神与这人同在。

“我亚达薛西王又降旨达于河西所有的司库：‘精通天上之神律法的以斯拉祭司文士无论向你们要什么，你们要速速办理，
