The prince himself is the only one who may sit inside the gateway to eat in the presence of the Lord. He is to enter by way of the portico of the gateway and go out the same way.”

The prince is the only one who can sit in the gateway. There he can eat in front of me. He must enter through the porch of the gateway. And he must go out the same way.”

他們必住在我賜給我僕人雅各的地，就是你們列祖所住之地；他們和他們的子孫、以及他們子孫的子孫、直住到永遠；我的僕人大衛必永遠做他們的人君。

又在山上宰獻祭牲，請了自己的族弟兄來喫飯：他們喫了飯，便在山上過夜。

是我永恆主要做他們的上帝，是我僕人大衛要在他們中間做人君：我永恆主說了。

摩西上了山，亞倫、拿答、亞比戶、跟以色列長老中的七十人也都上去。他們看見以色列的上帝；上帝腳下彷彿是藍寶石的精巧細工，簡直像上天本境那麼淨朗。他不伸手責罰以色列人中貴顯的人；他們儘管瞻仰上帝，又喫又喝。

王站在他的地位上，在永恆主面前立約，要全心全意地跟從永恆主，謹守他的誡命、法令、律例，實行所寫在這書上的約的話。

量了大門的廊子，有八肘；其挨牆柱有二肘；大門的廊子是在門以內的。

人君進入的時候，要取道這門的廊子而入，也要由原路而出。『在各制定節期上、國中的人民來朝見永恆主時候，那取道北門進來敬拜的、要取道南門而出；那取道南門進來的、要取道北門而出：不可取道進入的門而返回；要一直向前走出去。人民進入的時候，人君要在人民中間進入；人民出去，人君也要在人民中間出去。

你們看按肉身做以色列人的。那些喫祭物的、豈不是在祭壇上有分麼？那我是說甚麼呢？是說祭偶像之物算得了甚麼呢？還是說偶像算得了甚麼呢？我乃是說外國人所祭獻的、是祭獻給鬼，不是獻與上帝。我不願意你們成了有分於鬼的人。你們不能喝主的杯，又喝鬼的杯；不能分享主的筵席，又分享鬼的筵席啊。或是說我們在激動主的妒愛啊？難道我們比他還強壯麼？『凡事都可行』，但不都有益；『凡事都可行』，但不都能建立人。人別尋求自己的益處了，總要尋求別人的益處。凡肉市上所賣的、你們只管喫；為着良知的緣故、不要問甚麼；因為『地和滿地所有的都屬於主』。若有一個不信的人請你們，而你們也願意去，凡擺在你們面前的、你們只管喫；為着良知的緣故、不要問甚麼。假使有人對你們說：『這是獻過祭的東西』，那麼為了那指點的人、並為着良知的緣故、你就別喫了：這良知我說、並不是你自己的，乃是那別人的。我的自由為甚麼被另一個人的良知論斷呢？我如果存着感恩的心分享着，為甚麼因我所祝謝的而受毁謗呢？所以你們或喫或喝，或作甚麼事，都要為上帝的榮耀而作。不拘對猶太人、對希利尼人、或對上帝的教會、你們都要不碰倒人才對；正如我一樣：我凡事都讓眾人喜歡，不逕求我自己的益處，只求多人的益處，使他們得救。

你的五穀、新酒，和新油、的十分之一、你的牛羣羊羣中頭胎的、和你所許一切還願的祭、你自願獻的祭、和你手奉的提獻物、都不可以在你的城內喫；只要在永恆主你的上帝面前喫，在永恆主你的上帝所選擇的地方喫，你和你兒子和女兒、你奴僕和使女、以及在你城內的利未人都喫；你也要因你下手辦的一切事、而在永恆主你的上帝面前歡樂。

在那裏、你們在永恆主你們的上帝面前、你們和你們的家眷都要喫喝；並且要因你們下手辦的一切事都蒙永恆主你的上帝賜福而歡樂。

惟有那收穫的得以喫，並頌讚永恆主；那收集的得以喝，就在我聖所的院子裏。』

你看，我站在門外敲門；若有人聽見我的聲音來開門，我就要進去找他，同他喫飯，他也同我喫飯。

她的貨財和所得之利必分別為聖、歸於永恆主；必不積聚起來，不貯藏着；她的貨財乃是要給住永恆主面前的人，使他們喫得很飽，穿着得很漂亮。

她一看，見王竟站在出入處的柱旁呢；大臣們和吹號筒的人都侍立在王左右；國中眾民全都歡喜快樂、吹着號筒；還有歌唱人用各樣樂器領導頌讚；亞他利雅一看見，就撕裂衣服，說：『反了！反了！』

告訴他說：「萬軍之永恆主這樣說道：『看吧，有一個人、他名稱為「樹苗」，他必在他自己的地方長起來，建成永恆主的殿堂。是所羅巴伯要建成永恆主的殿堂；是約書亞要擔當祭司的尊榮，是所羅巴伯要坐在寶座上執政；是約書亞也要在寶座上；他們二人之間必有和諧合作的計畫。』」
