They alone are to enter my sanctuary; they alone are to come near my table to minister before me and serve me as guards.

“ They are the only ones who can enter my temple. Only they can come near to serve me as guards.

木壇的形狀，高三肘，長二肘，寬二肘；壇角、壇座與其四旁都是木頭的。他對我說：『這就是永恆主面前的桌子。』

你和你兒子們呢、卻要和你一同守盡你們的祭司職任、來辦一切屬於祭壇的事、和帷帳以內的事；你們要這樣辦事。我將你們的祭司職任做辦事的禮物給了你們；走近來非祭司的平常人就必須被處死。』永恆主告訴亞倫說：『你看我、我已經把所保留給我的提獻物、就是以色列人一切分別為聖之物、給了你；我把這些東西做津貼給了你和你的子孫、做永遠應得的分額。

將污穢的食物供獻在我的祭壇上、而你們竟說：「我們在甚麼事上污瀆了你呢？」——這就等於你們心裏說：永恆主的桌子是可藐視的了！

而你們呢、卻褻瀆我的名——這就等於你們心裏說：主的桌子是污穢的，而其食物是可藐視的了！

論利未是說：『永恆主啊，你的土明烏陵都在你堅貞之士那裏；你在瑪撒曾試驗他，你對米利巴水的事、曾和他爭論。對他自己的父母利未是說：我沒有看見；他的弟兄、他不承認，他的兒女、他不認識；因為利未人謹守你說的話，你的約他們恪守着。他們必將你的典章指教雅各，將你的律法指教以色列；他們必使燻祭的香氣升到你面前，把全燔祭放在你的祭壇上。

又使我們成國為祭司、可親近他的父上帝。願榮耀權能歸於他、世世無窮！阿們。

你們要守盡聖所的職守、和祭壇的職守，免得上帝的震怒再臨到以色列人。
