爾曰、此二國二族、必歸於我、為我所有、第耶和華在彼、

爾當言以色列猶大必歸於我、我得其土、不知彼二國者、為我耶和華所眷祐、

爾曾言、斯二邦二國必歸我、雖有主在彼、我終必得以為業、雖有主在彼我終必得以為業或作必歸於我我必獲之為業不知主仍在彼

“‘ Because you have said,“ These two nations and countries will be ours and we will take possession of them,” even though I the Lord was there,

“‘ “You said,‘ The nations of Israel and Judah will belong to us. We will take them over.’ You said that, even though I was there. I am the Lord.

“ Because you said,‘ These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will take possession of them’— although the Lord was there—

“ For you said,‘ The lands of Israel and Judah will be ours. We will take possession of them. What do we care that the Lord is there!’

主耶和華說，『我要在怒火中斥責列國和以東，他們幸災樂禍，滿腹憤恨，把我的土地據為己有，侵佔其中的草場。』

城的四周共長十公里，從那時起，這城必叫『耶和華的居所』。」

耶和華何等偉大！我們的上帝在祂的城中，在祂的聖山上當大受頌讚。北面的錫安山雄偉壯麗，令世人歡喜，是偉大君王的城。上帝在城內的宮中，祂親自做這城的庇護。

耶和華說，我要成為一堵火牆環繞耶路撒冷，作城中的榮耀。』

我子民遭難的日子，你不該闖進他們的城；他們遭難的日子，你不該幸災樂禍；他們遭難的日子，你不該趁火打劫；

錫安的居民啊，高聲歡呼吧！因為住在你們當中的以色列的聖者無比偉大。」

他們說：「來吧，讓我們剷除以色列，讓他們亡國，被人遺忘。」他們串通一氣，勾結起來抵擋你。他們是以東人、以實瑪利人、摩押人、夏甲人、迦巴勒人、亞捫人、亞瑪力人、非利士人和泰爾人。亞述也跟他們勾結，要助羅得的後代一臂之力。（細拉）求你對付他們，如同對付米甸人和基順河邊的西西拉與耶賓。他們在隱·多珥滅亡，成了地上的糞土。求你使他們的首領得到俄立和西伊伯那樣的下場，使他們的王侯得到西巴和撒慕拿那樣的下場。他們曾說：「讓我們奪取上帝的草場吧。」

主耶和華這樣說，仇敵說，哈哈，這古老的山峰歸我們了！』

耶和華已經撤銷對你的刑罰，趕走你的仇敵，以色列的王耶和華與你同在，你必不再懼怕災禍。

因為耶和華已經揀選了錫安，願意將錫安作為祂的居所。祂說：「這是我永遠的居所；我要住在這裡，因為我喜愛這地方。

他們的堡壘必因恐懼而倒塌，他們的將領一看見戰旗必驚慌失措。」這是耶和華說的，祂的火在錫安，祂的火爐在耶路撒冷。

上帝在猶大人人皆知，在以色列威名遠揚。

論到亞捫人，耶和華說：「難道以色列沒有子孫，沒有繼承人嗎？為什麼祭拜米勒公的人佔據了迦得，住在城邑中？」
