Therefore Yahweh, the God of Israel, says against the shepherds who feed my people:“ You have scattered my flock, driven them away, and have not visited them. Behold, I will visit on you the evil of your doings,” says Yahweh.“ I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they will be fruitful and multiply.

The Lord Yahweh says:“ Behold, I am against the shepherds. I will require my sheep at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the sheep. The shepherds won’t feed themselves any more. I will deliver my sheep from their mouth, that they may not be food for them.”

So I fed the flock of slaughter, especially the oppressed of the flock. I took for myself two staffs. The one I called“ Favor”, and the other I called“ Union”, and I fed the flock.I cut off the three shepherds in one month; for my soul was weary of them, and their soul also loathed me.Then I said,“ I will not feed you. That which dies, let it die; and that which is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let those who are left eat each other’s flesh.”
