是日我必遣使駕舟、令安居之古實人震驚、加以慘怛、同於埃及遘災之日、其事伊邇、○

古實人安居無恐、斯時我必遣使駕舟、至其地、令彼震驚哀痛、與埃及降災之日無異、其日伊邇。

“‘ On that day messengers will go out from me in ships to frighten Cush out of her complacency. Anguish will take hold of them on the day of Egypt’s doom, for it is sure to come.

“ At that time I will send messengers out in ships. They will terrify the people of Cush who are so contented. Cush will suffer greatly when Egypt falls. And you can be sure it will fall.”

“ On that day messengers shall go out from me in ships to terrify the unsuspecting people of Cush, and anguish shall come upon them on the day of Egypt’s doom; for, behold, it comes!

At that time I will send swift messengers in ships to terrify the complacent Ethiopians. Great panic will come upon them on that day of Egypt’s certain destruction. Watch for it! It is sure to come!

On that day, messengers will go out from me in ships to terrify confident Cush. Anguish will come over them on the day of Egypt’s doom. For indeed it is coming.

祸哉！古实河的那一边、翅膀刷刷作响之地，差遣使者在水面上，坐蒲草船过海。你们这些疾行的使者，要到高大光滑的民那里去；那民远近都畏惧，是强大好征服的国，土地有河流穿过。

推罗的风声传到埃及时，他们为这风声极其疼痛。

“我使你在列国，在你所不认识的列邦中灭亡。那时，我必使许多民族的心因你愁烦。当我在他们面前举起我的刀，我要使许多民族因你惊恐，他们的君王也必因你极其恐慌。在你仆倒的日子，他们各人为自己的性命时时战兢。

你这专好宴乐、以为地位稳固的，现在当听这话。你心中说：“惟有我，除我以外再没有别的。我必不致寡居，也不经历丧子之痛。”

我要降火在玛各和海岛安然居住的人身上，他们就知道我是耶和华。

犹大地必使埃及惊恐，不论向谁提起，他都惧怕。这是因万军之耶和华向埃及所定的旨意。

说：‘我要上那无墙的乡村之地，到那安静的居民那里，他们无墙，无门、无闩，安然居住。

你们古实人，也是被我的刀所杀的。

五人就走了，来到拉亿，见那里的人安居，像西顿人的生活一样安宁无虑，那地无人羞辱他们，无人夺取侵略。他们离西顿人很远，与世无争。

以色列人必惊惶羞愧，因为他们仰望古实，以埃及为荣。

那时沿海的君王都要从宝座下来，除去朝服，脱下锦衣，披上战兢，坐在地上，不停发抖，为你而惊骇。

因为你们自己明明知道，主的日子来到会像贼在夜间突然来到一样。

海岛所有的居民为你惊奇，他们的君王都甚恐慌，面带愁容。

这素来欢乐、安然居住的城，心里说：“惟有我，除我以外再没有别的”，现在竟然荒凉，成为野兽躺卧之处！凡经过的人都必摇着手嗤笑它。

迦勒底人哪，起来！上到安逸无虑的国民那里去，他们是无门无闩、单独居住的。这是耶和华说的。

主耶和华指着自己的神圣起誓说：‘看哪，日子将到，人必用钩子将你们钩去，用鱼钩把你们中最后一个钩去。

看哪，这话就要应验；应验时，他们就知道在他们中间有了先知。”

哀号吧，松树！因为香柏树倾倒了，高大的树毁坏了。哀号吧，巴珊的橡树！因为茂盛的树林倒下来了。听啊，有牧人在哀号，因他们的荣华败落了；听啊，有少壮狮子咆哮，因约旦河旁的丛林荒废了。

耶和华说：“我仆人以赛亚怎样赤身赤脚行走三年，作为关于埃及和古实的预兆奇迹，

因他们仆倒的声音，地就震动，哀号的声音传到红海那里。

必有刀剑临到埃及；被杀的人仆倒在埃及时，古实人颤惊不已。埃及的财富遭掳掠，根基被拆毁。古实人、弗人、路德人、混居的各族和古伯人，以及盟国的人都要与埃及人一同倒在刀下。“耶和华如此说：扶助埃及的必倾倒，埃及骄傲的权势必降为卑，从密夺到色弗尼，人必倒在刀下。这是主耶和华说的。

安逸的妇女啊，起来听我的声音！无虑的女子啊，侧耳听我的言语！无虑的女子啊，再过一年，你们必颤栗，因为无葡萄可摘，也无果实可收。安逸的妇女啊，要战兢；无虑的女子啊，要颤栗，要脱去衣服，赤着身体，腰束麻布。
