『主永恆主對推羅這麼說：在你中間有大行殺戮的事，受刺傷的人都在唉哼着——那時沿海地帶聽到你傾覆的響聲，豈不都震動麼？那時靠海的人君都必從寶座上下來，除去外袍，剝下刺繡的衣服，披上戰兢為服裝，坐在地上，息息發抖，因你而驚駭。他們必為了你而舉哀唱歌、而論到你說：「素被頌讚的城，堅牢鞏固於海上的啊，你和你的居民素來將你們之可怕加於海上一切居民的啊，你怎麼從海上滅沒而絕跡了呢！如今在你傾覆的日子沿海地帶全都戰兢；海中島嶼見你歸於無有，也都驚惶。」
