Then all people will know that I the Lord have drawn my sword from its sheath; it will not return again.’

一切有血气的就知道我耶和华已经拔刀出鞘，必不再入鞘。

凡血肉之躯都知道我—耶和华已拔刀出鞘，刀必不再入鞘。

使世人都知道我耶和华已拔刀出鞘，不再收回。’

所有的人就知道我耶和华已经拔刀出鞘，刀必不再入鞘了。’

一切有血氣的就知道我－耶和華已經拔刀出鞘，必不再入鞘。

使億兆知、我耶和華拔刃出鞘、必不復韜、

使凡有血氣者、知我耶和華拔刃出鞘、刃不復入鞘、○

Then all people will know that I have pulled out my sword. I will not put it back. I am the Lord.” ’

And all flesh shall know that I am the Lord. I have drawn my sword from its sheath; it shall not be sheathed again.

Everyone in the world will know that I am the Lord. My sword is in my hand, and it will not return to its sheath until its work is finished.’

So all humanity will know that I, the LORD, have taken my sword from its sheath— it will not be sheathed again.’

and all flesh shall know that I, Jehovah, have drawn forth my sword out of its sheath; it shall not return any more.

So all the people will know that I, Yahweh, have taken My sword from its sheath— it will not be sheathed again.

That all flesh may know that I the LORD have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.

Then everyone will know that I am the LORD, who drew my sword from its sheath– it will not be sheathed again!’

“‘ Let the sword return to its sheath. In the place where you were created, in the land of your ancestry, I will judge you.

Whatever they plot against the Lord he will bring to an end; trouble will not come a second time.

At that time I will carry out against Eli everything I spoke against his family— from beginning to end.

The anger of the Lord will not turn back until he fully accomplishes the purposes of his heart. In days to come you will understand it clearly.

Everyone will see that I the Lord have kindled it; it will not be quenched.’”

then I will cut off Israel from the land I have given them and will reject this temple I have consecrated for my Name. Israel will then become a byword and an object of ridicule among all peoples.This temple will become a heap of rubble. All who pass by will be appalled and will scoff and say,‘ Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and to this temple?’People will answer,‘ Because they have forsaken the Lord their God, who brought their ancestors out of Egypt, and have embraced other gods, worshiping and serving them— that is why the Lord brought all this disaster on them.’”

By myself I have sworn, my mouth has uttered in all integrity a word that will not be revoked: Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear.

All the nations will ask:“ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why this fierce, burning anger?”And the answer will be:“ It is because this people abandoned the covenant of the Lord, the God of their ancestors, the covenant he made with them when he brought them out of Egypt.They went off and worshiped other gods and bowed down to them, gods they did not know, gods he had not given them.Therefore the Lord’s anger burned against this land, so that he brought on it all the curses written in this book.In furious anger and in great wrath the Lord uprooted them from their land and thrust them into another land, as it is now.”

Nevertheless, as surely as I live and as surely as the glory of the Lord fills the whole earth,not one of those who saw my glory and the signs I performed in Egypt and in the wilderness but who disobeyed me and tested me ten times—not one of them will ever see the land I promised on oath to their ancestors. No one who has treated me with contempt will ever see it.

so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
