None of the offenses they have committed will be remembered against them. Because of the righteous things they have done, they will live.

至於義人，他若轉離義行而作惡，照着惡人所做一切可憎的事去做，豈能存活呢？他所行的一切義都不被記念；反而因所行的惡、所犯的罪死亡。

求你不要記得我幼年的罪愆和我的過犯；耶和華啊，求你因你的良善，按你的慈愛記念我。

我要寬恕他們的不義，絕不再記得他們的罪惡。」

但是這些祭物使人每年都想起罪來，因為公牛和山羊的血不能除罪。

正因這緣故，你們要分外地努力。有了信心，又要加上德行；有了德行，又要加上知識；有了知識，又要加上節制；有了節制，又要加上忍耐；有了忍耐，又要加上虔敬；有了虔敬，又要加上愛弟兄的心；有了愛弟兄的心，又要加上愛眾人的心。你們有了這幾樣，再繼續增長，就必使你們在認識我們的主耶穌基督上，不至於懶散和不結果子了。沒有這幾樣的人就是瞎眼，是短視，忘了他過去的罪已經得了潔淨。所以，弟兄們，要更加努力，使你們的蒙召和被選堅定不移。你們實行這幾樣，就永不失腳。這樣，必叫你們豐豐富富地得以進入我們主－救主耶穌基督永遠的國度。

過犯得赦免，罪惡蒙遮蓋的人有福了！耶和華不算為有罪，內心沒有詭詐的人有福了！

如今，那些在基督耶穌裏的人就不被定罪了。

東離西有多遠，他叫我們的過犯離我們也有多遠！

不要自欺；上帝是輕慢不得的，因為人種的是甚麼，收的也是甚麼。順着肉體撒種的，必從肉體收敗壞；順着聖靈撒種的，必從聖靈收永生。

婦人對以利亞說：「神人哪，我跟你有甚麼關係，你竟到我這裏來，使上帝記起我的罪，以致我的兒子死了呢？」

上帝啊，求你按你的慈愛恩待我！按你豐盛的憐憫塗去我的過犯！

求你從天上垂聽、處理，向你的僕人施行審判，定惡人有罪，照他所行的報應在他頭上；定義人為義，照他的義賞賜他。

我們的祖宗亞伯拉罕把他兒子以撒獻在壇上，豈不是因行為得稱義嗎？可見信心是與他的行為相輔並行，而且信心是因着行為才得以成全的。這正應驗了經上所說：「亞伯拉罕信了上帝，這就算他為義」；他又得稱為上帝的朋友。這樣看來，人稱義是因着行為，不是單因着信。同樣，妓女喇合接待使者，又放他們從另一條路出去，不也是因行為稱義嗎？所以，就如身體沒有靈魂是死的，信心沒有行為也是死的。

他們各人不再教導自己的鄰舍和弟兄說：『你該認識耶和華』，因為他們從最小的到最大的都必認識我。我要赦免他們的罪孽，不再記得他們的罪惡。這是耶和華說的。」

因此你的僕人受警戒，遵守這些有極大的賞賜。

他要照各人的行為報應各人。凡恆心行善，尋求榮耀、尊貴和不能朽壞的，就有永生報償他們；
