Therefore speak to them and say to them,‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: When any one from the house of Israel erects his idols in his heart and sets the obstacle leading to his iniquity before his face, and then consults a prophet, I the LORD am determined to answer him personally according to the enormity of his idolatry.

所以你要告诉他们：‘主耶和华如此说：以色列家的人中，凡将他的假神接到心里，把陷于罪的绊脚石放在面前，又就了先知来的，我耶和华在他所求的事上，必按他众多的假神回答他，

所以你要告诉他们，对他们说：‘主耶和华如此说：以色列家的人，凡在心中设立偶像，把陷自己于罪的绊脚石放在面前，却来到先知那里的，我—耶和华在他所求的事上，必因他拜许多偶像向他施行报应，

所以你要告诉他们，对他们说：‘主耶和华如此说：以色列家的人，凡在心中设立偶像，把陷自己于罪的绊脚石放在面前，却来到先知那里的，我—耶和华在他所求的事上，必因他拜许多偶像向他施行报应，

你告诉他们，主耶和华这样说，‘任何以色列人若在心里立起偶像，把导致犯罪的绊脚石放在自己面前，又来求问先知，我耶和华必按他心中假神的数目亲自用惩罚回答他，

因此，你要告诉他们，对他们说：‘主耶和华这样说：以色列家的人中，凡把他的偶像接到心里去，把那陷自己在罪孽中的绊脚石放在自己面前，却又来见先知的，我耶和华必按他拜众多偶像的罪报应他，

所以你要告訴他們：『主耶和華如此說：以色列家的人中，凡將他的假神接到心裏，把陷於罪的絆腳石放在面前，又就了先知來的，我－耶和華在他所求的事上，必按他眾多的假神回答他，

所以你要告訴他們，對他們說：『主耶和華如此說：以色列家的人，凡在心中設立偶像，把陷自己於罪的絆腳石放在面前，卻來到先知那裏的，我－耶和華在他所求的事上，必因他拜許多偶像向他施行報應，

所以你要告訴他們，對他們說：『主耶和華如此說：以色列家的人，凡在心中設立偶像，把陷自己於罪的絆腳石放在面前，卻來到先知那裏的，我－耶和華在他所求的事上，必因他拜許多偶像向他施行報應，

你告訴他們，主耶和華這樣說，『任何以色列人若在心裡立起偶像，把導致犯罪的絆腳石放在自己面前，又來求問先知，我耶和華必按他心中假神的數目親自用懲罰回答他，

因此，你要告訴他們，對他們說：‘主耶和華這樣說：以色列家的人中，凡把他的偶像接到心裡去，把那陷自己在罪孽中的絆腳石放在自己面前，卻又來見先知的，我耶和華必按他拜眾多偶像的罪報應他，

故此你要告訴他們說：主永恆主這麼說：以色列家的人中間、每一個將他的偶像接上心頭、把陷於他罪孽中的因由放在自己面前、又前來見神言人的，我必按他眾多的偶像親自應付他，

爾當告之曰、主耶和華云、以色列家中、凡納其偶像於心、置陷罪之窒礙於前、而詣先知者、我耶和華必循其偶像之眾多而應之、

故爾當以我耶和華之命、播告斯眾、曰、以色列族之於偶像、中則崇敬之、外則瞻禮之、自陷於惡、後就先知、諮諏於我、我耶和華、必視其偶像之多寡、而降以罰、

故爾當告之曰、主天主如是云、凡以色列族之人、心念其偶像、以陷已於罪之物、置於目前、如來就先知、我耶和華必因其拜多偶像之罪譴責之、必因其拜多偶像之罪譴責之原文作必循其眾多之偶像而應之

Therefore speak to them and tell them,‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: When any of the Israelites set up idols in their hearts and put a wicked stumbling block before their faces and then go to a prophet, I the Lord will answer them myself in keeping with their great idolatry.

Speak to them. Tell them,‘ The Lord and King says,“ Suppose any of the Israelites think about other gods. And they fall into the evil trap of worshiping them. Then they go to a prophet to ask for advice. If they do, I myself will tell the prophet to answer them in keeping with their worship of many gods.

Therefore speak to them and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Any one of the house of Israel who takes his idols into his heart and sets the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and yet comes to the prophet, I the Lord will answer him as he comes with the multitude of his idols,

Tell them,‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: The people of Israel have set up idols in their hearts and fallen into sin, and then they go to a prophet asking for a message. So I, the Lord, will give them the kind of answer their great idolatry deserves.

“ Therefore, speak to them and tell them,‘ This is what the Lord GOD says: When anyone from the house of Israel sets up idols in his heart and puts his sinful stumbling block in front of himself, and then comes to the prophet, I, the LORD, will answer him appropriately. I will answer him according to his many idols,

Therefore speak to them and tell them,‘ This is what the Lord God says:“ Anyone of the house of Israel who sets up his idols in his heart, puts in front of his face the stumbling block of his wrongdoing, and then comes to the prophet, I the Lord will let Myself answer him in the matter in view of the multitude of his idols,

“ Therefore speak to them, and say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord God:“ Everyone of the house of Israel who sets up his idols in his heart, and puts before him what causes him to stumble into iniquity, and then comes to the prophet, I the Lord will answer him who comes, according to the multitude of his idols,

Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Every man of the house of Israel that taketh his idols into his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I Jehovah will answer him therein according to the multitude of his idols;

“ Therefore, speak to them and tell them: This is what the Lord God says: When anyone from the house of Israel sets up idols in his heart, puts a sinful stumbling block before his face, and then comes to the prophet, I, Yahweh, will answer him appropriately. I will answer him according to his many idols,

Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Every man of the house of Israel that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I the LORD will answer him that cometh according to the multitude of his idols;

Therefore speak to them, and tell them,‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ Every man of the house of Israel who takes his idols into his heart, and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and comes to the prophet; I Yahweh will answer him therein according to the multitude of his idols;

So I will choose severe punishment for them; I will bring on them what they dread, because I called, and no one responded, I spoke and they did not listen. They did evil before me; they chose to do what displeases me.”

Too bad for the wicked sinners! For they will get exactly what they deserve.

For when anyone from the house of Israel, or the foreigner who lives in Israel, separates himself from me and erects his idols in his heart and sets the obstacle leading to his iniquity before his face, and then consults a prophet to seek something from me, I the LORD am determined to answer him personally.

“ Son of man, I have appointed you a watchman for the house of Israel. Whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you must give them a warning from me.When I say to the wicked,“ You will certainly die,” and you do not warn him– you do not speak out to warn the wicked to turn from his wicked deed and wicked lifestyle so that he may live– that wicked person will die for his iniquity, but I will hold you accountable for his death.But as for you, if you warn the wicked and he does not turn from his wicked deed and from his wicked lifestyle, he will die for his iniquity but you will have saved your own life.“ When a righteous person turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I set an obstacle before him, he will die. If you have not warned him, he will die for his sin. The righteous deeds he performed will not be considered, but I will hold you accountable for his death.However, if you warn the righteous person not to sin, and he does not sin, he will certainly live because he was warned, and you will have saved your own life.”

He said to me,“ Son of man, go to the house of Israel and speak my words to them.

Elijah said to the king,“ This is what the LORD says,‘ You sent messengers to seek an oracle from Baal Zebub, the god of Ekron. You must think there is no God in Israel from whom you can seek an oracle! Therefore you will not leave the bed you lie on, for you will certainly die.’”

When Elijah arrived, Ahab said to him,“ So, you have found me, my enemy!” Elijah replied,“ I have found you, because you are committed to doing evil in the sight of the LORD.The LORD says,‘ Look, I am ready to bring disaster on you. I will destroy you and cut off every last male belonging to Ahab in Israel, including even the weak and incapacitated.I will make your dynasty like those of Jeroboam son of Nebat and Baasha son of Ahijah because you angered me and made Israel sin.’The LORD says this about Jezebel,‘ Dogs will devour Jezebel by the outer wall of Jezreel.’As for Ahab’s family, dogs will eat the ones who die in the city, and the birds of the sky will eat the ones who die in the country.”( There had never been anyone like Ahab, who was firmly committed to doing evil in the sight of the LORD, urged on by his wife Jezebel.

You must speak my words to them whether they listen or not, for they are rebellious.
