看吧，這牆倒下來之後，人豈不指着它而問你們說：「你們塗抹的灰水在哪裏呢？」

垣既傾圮、人不語爾云、爾所塗之泥安在乎、

垣既傾矣、人將詰爾云、爾所塗者安在。

墻既傾圮、人必詰爾曰、爾所塗者安在、

When the wall collapses, will people not ask you,“ Where is the whitewash you covered it with?”

The wall will fall down. Then people will ask them,‘ Now where is the paint you covered it with?’ ”

And when the wall falls, will it not be said to you,‘ Where is the coating with which you smeared it?’

And when the wall falls, the people will cry out,‘ What happened to your whitewash?’

When the wall has fallen, will you not be asked,“ Where’s the whitewash you plastered on it?”

Behold, when the wall has fallen, will you not be asked,‘ Where is the plaster with which you plastered it?’ ”

Surely, when the wall has fallen, will it not be said to you,‘ Where is the mortar with which you plastered it?’”

Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it?

Now when the wall has fallen, will you not be asked,‘ Where is the coat of whitewash that you put on it?’

Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where[ is] the daubing wherewith ye have daubed[ it]?

When the wall has collapsed, people will ask you,“ Where is the whitewash you coated it with?”

Behold, when the wall has fallen, won’t it be said to you,“ Where is the plaster with which you have plastered it?”

西布勒對他說：「你所誇口的在哪裏呢？你曾說：『亞比米勒是誰，叫我們服事他呢？』這不是你所藐視的百姓嗎？你現在出去，與他們交戰吧！」

你為自己做的神明在哪裏呢？你遭遇患難的時候，讓它們起來拯救你吧！猶大啊，你神明的數目與你城的數目相等。

你們去哀求你們所選擇的神明；你們遭遇急難的時候，讓它們救你們吧！」

他必說：『他們的神明，他們所投靠的磐石，在哪裏呢？

你的先知為你看見虛假和粉飾的異象，並未揭露你的罪孽，使你被擄的歸回；卻傳給你虛假與誤導人的默示。凡過路的都向你拍掌。他們向耶路撒冷嗤笑，搖頭：「這就是人稱為全美的、稱為全地所喜悅的城嗎？」

以利沙對以色列王說：「我跟你有甚麼關係呢？去問你父親的先知和你母親的先知吧！」以色列王對他說：「不，因為耶和華召集我們這三王，是要交在摩押人的手裏。」

對你們預言『巴比倫王必不來攻擊你們和這地』的先知在哪裏呢？

「你當送信給所有被擄的人，說：『耶和華論到尼希蘭人示瑪雅說：因為示瑪雅向你們說預言，使你們倚靠謊言，而我並沒有差遣他，所以耶和華如此說：看哪，我必懲罰尼希蘭人示瑪雅和他的後裔，他必無一人存留住在這民中，也看不見我所要賞賜給我百姓的福樂，因為他向耶和華說了叛逆的話。這是耶和華說的。』」
