I was 30 years old. I was with my people. We had been taken away from our country. We were by the Kebar River in the land of Babylon. On the fifth day of the fourth month, the heavens were opened. I saw visions of God.

耶穌又對他說：「我確確實實地告訴你們：你們將會看見天敞開了，神的天使們在人子上頭，上去下來。」

猶大王烏西雅、約坦、亞哈斯、希西加年間，亞摩斯的兒子以賽亞所看到的異象，是關於猶大和耶路撒冷的：

在大馬士革有一個名叫阿納尼亞的門徒。主在異象中對他說：「阿納尼亞！」他回答說：「主啊！看哪，我在這裡。」主就對他說：「起來，往那叫做『直』的街上去，在猶大家裡找一個名叫掃羅的塔爾蘇人。看哪，原來他正在禱告。他在異象中看見了一個名叫阿納尼亞的人，進來按手在他身上，使他重見光明。」

有一天，大約下午三點，他在異象中清楚地看見神的一位天使來到他面前，對他說：「哥尼流！」
