第一位就去，把他那一碗倒在地上；就有惡而且毒的瘡生在那些有獸印記拜獸像的人身上。

於是撒但就從永恆主面前退出來。他便用毒瘡去擊打約伯，從腳掌到頭頂滿都是瘡。

永恆主必在你膝上腿上用毒瘡擊打你、是不能醫治的；從你腳掌到頭頂，漫處都是。

『人的肉身若在皮膚上長了瘡，已經好了；而在長瘡的地方又腫的白白地，或是有白中帶紅的火斑，那麼，他就要給祭司看。祭司要察看；若見有比皮窪深的現象，上頭的毛也變了白，那麼，祭司就要斷他為不潔淨；那是痲瘋屬災病在瘡中發作。
