Once a year Aaron shall make atonement on its horns. This annual atonement must be made with the blood of the atoning sin offering for the generations to come. It is most holy to the Lord.”

Once a year Aaron must put the blood of a sin offering on the horns of the altar. He must do this to make the altar pure. He must do this on the day Israel’s sin is paid for. Do this for all time to come. The altar is a very holy place to me.”

Aaron shall make atonement on its horns once a year. With the blood of the sin offering of atonement he shall make atonement for it once in the year throughout your generations. It is most holy to the Lord.”

“ Once a year Aaron must purify the altar by smearing its horns with blood from the offering made to purify the people from their sin. This will be a regular, annual event from generation to generation, for this is the Lord’s most holy altar.”

他出来，就到耶和华面前的祭坛那里，为坛赎罪。他要取一点公牛的血和山羊的血，抹祭坛的四角。

“七月初十是赎罪日；你们应当有圣会，要刻苦己心，献火祭给耶和华。

按着律法，几乎所有都是用血洁净的，如果没有流血，就没有赦免。照着天上样式作的既然必须这样去洁净，天上物体的本身，就应该用更美的祭品去洁净了。

“每逢七月十日，你们要刻苦己心，无论是本地人，或是寄居在你们中间的外人，什么的工，你们都不可作，这要作你们永远的律例。因为在这一天，他要为你们赎罪，使你们洁净，脱离你们一切罪孽，使你们在耶和华面前成为洁净。

你要每天献公牛一头作赎罪祭，用来赎罪；你为祭坛行赎罪祭的时候，你要洁净祭坛。而且你要用膏抹祭坛，使祭坛成圣。你要为祭坛行赎罪祭七天，也要使它成圣，这样，祭坛就成为至圣；一切触着祭坛的东西，都要成圣。

他不必多次把自己献上，好像大祭司每年带着不是自己的血进入至圣所一样。

他要从以色列的会众中，取两只公山羊作赎罪祭，一只公绵羊作燔祭。亚伦为自己的罪献上作赎罪祭的公牛，为自己和家人赎罪，

至于第二进会幕，只有大祭司一年一次独自进去，并且非带着血不可，好为自己和人民的愚妄把血献上。

他是神荣耀的光辉，是神本质的真象，用自己带有能力的话掌管万有；他作成了洁净罪恶的事，就坐在高天至尊者的右边。
