The son who succeeds him as priest and comes to the tent of meeting to minister in the Holy Place is to wear them seven days.

The son who comes after Aaron as priest must wear them seven days. He will come and serve in the Holy Room in the tent of meeting.

The son who succeeds him as priest, who comes into the tent of meeting to minister in the Holy Place, shall wear them seven days.

The descendant who succeeds him as high priest will wear these clothes for seven days as he ministers in the Tabernacle and the Holy Place.

Any priest who is one of his sons and who succeeds him and enters the tent of meeting to minister in the sanctuary must wear them for seven days.

「你把以下條例告訴以色列人。「如果有婦人生了男嬰，她就要不潔淨七天，像在經期內不潔淨一樣。第八天，嬰兒要接受割禮。

「七天之內你們都要吃無酵餅。第一天，要清除家中所有的酵。任何人若在這七天當中吃有酵的餅，要將他從以色列人中剷除。

於是，亞倫走到壇前，宰殺為他作贖罪祭的牛犢。

我們所需要的，正是這樣一位聖潔無瑕、良善純全、遠離罪惡、超越諸天的大祭司。

過了七天，挪亞再把鴿子放出去。

第八天，摩西召來亞倫父子們和以色列的眾長老。

「你要照我的吩咐，為亞倫父子們舉行授聖職禮，歷時七天。

你們的聖職禮為期七天，這七天之內，你們不可走出會幕門口。今天所做的這一切都是耶和華吩咐的，是為你們贖罪。七天之內，你們必須日夜待在會幕門口，要遵守耶和華的吩咐，免得你們死亡。這是耶和華對我的吩咐。」

等了七天，他又放出鴿子，這一次，鴿子沒有回來。

第七天，祭司要再次檢查患處，如果患處沒有惡化，沒有擴散，祭司要把他再隔離七天。

這一天他們又繞城一圈，然後各自回營。六天都是這樣。第七天黎明時分，他們起來照樣繞城，只是這一天他們繞城走了七次。
