我不是從以色列眾支派中，選出他們作我的祭司，上我的壇燒香，在我面前穿以弗得嗎？我不是把以色列人所獻的火祭，都賜給了你的父家嗎？

祭司要從素祭中舉起象徵的部分，焚燒在祭壇上，作獻給耶和華馨香的火祭。

“你要告訴以色列人：向耶和華獻平安祭的，必須從他的平安祭中取出奉給耶和華的供物。親手把獻給耶和華的火祭帶來，就是把脂肪連胸帶來，在耶和華面前搖一搖，作為搖祭。祭司要把脂肪焚燒在祭壇上，胸歸給亞倫和他的子孫。

他要從平安祭中奉上獻給耶和華的火祭，就是把遮蓋內臟的脂肪，和內臟上的一切脂肪，

祭司要把供物的象徵部分，就是一部分碾過的麥粒和油，連同所有的乳香，一起焚燒，作獻給耶和華的火祭。”

那人又要用水洗淨內臟和腿；祭司就把這一切全獻在祭壇上焚燒，作為燔祭，就是獻給耶和華馨香的火祭。

亞倫的子孫要把這些放在祭壇炭火上的木柴上面，在燔祭上焚燒，作獻給耶和華馨香的火祭。

你們要在聖潔的地方吃，在獻與耶和華的火祭中，這是你和你兒子的分，因為耶和華是這樣吩咐我。
