以做香的方法調和製成聖膏油，它就成為聖膏油。要用這膏油抹會幕和法櫃，供桌和供桌的一切器具，燈臺和燈臺的器具，以及香壇、燔祭壇和壇的一切器具，洗濯盆和盆座。你要使這些分別為聖，成為至聖；凡觸摸它們的都成為聖。要膏亞倫和他的兒子，使他們分別為聖，作事奉我的祭司。你要吩咐以色列人說：『你們要世世代代以這油為我的聖膏油。

更何況踐踏神兒子的人，他們將那使他成聖之約的血當作不潔淨，又褻慢施恩的聖靈的人，你們想，他不該受更嚴厲的懲罰嗎？

主耶和華的靈在我身上，因為耶和華用膏膏我，叫我報好信息給貧窮的人，差遣我醫好傷心的人，報告被擄的得釋放，被捆綁的得自由；宣告耶和華的恩年和我們的神報仇的日子；安慰所有悲哀的人，為錫安悲哀的人，賜華冠代替灰燼，喜樂的油代替悲哀，讚美為衣代替憂傷的靈；稱他們為「公義樹」，是耶和華所栽植的，為要彰顯他的榮耀。

耶和華的靈必住在他身上，就是智慧和聰明的靈，謀略和能力的靈，知識和敬畏耶和華的靈。他必以敬畏耶和華為樂；行審判不憑眼見，斷是非也不憑耳聞；卻要以公義審判貧寒人，以正直判斷地上的困苦人，以口中的棍擊打全地，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。公義必當他的腰帶，信實必作他脅下的帶子。

我為他們的緣故使自己分別為聖，為要使他們也因真理成聖。
