and two braided chains of pure gold, like a rope, and attach the chains to the settings.

Make two braided chains out of pure gold. Make them like ropes. Join the chains to the settings.

then braid two cords of pure gold and attach them to the filigree settings on the shoulders of the ephod.

There were lattices of checker work with wreaths of chain work for the capitals on the tops of the pillars, a lattice for the one capital and a lattice for the other capital.

the two pillars, the bowls, and the two capitals on the top of the pillars; and the two latticeworks to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were on the top of the pillars;and the 400 pomegranates for the two latticeworks, two rows of pomegranates for each latticework, to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were on the pillars.

And they put the two cords of gold in the two rings at the edges of the breastpiece.They attached the two ends of the two cords to the two settings of filigree. Thus they attached it in front to the shoulder pieces of the ephod.

The height of the one pillar was eighteen cubits, and on it was a capital of bronze. The height of the capital was three cubits. A latticework and pomegranates, all of bronze, were all around the capital. And the second pillar had the same, with the latticework.

And they made on the breastpiece twisted chains like cords, of pure gold.
