and fasten them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel. Aaron is to bear the names on his shoulders as a memorial before the Lord.

Connect them to the shoulder straps of the linen apron. The stones will stand for the sons of Israel. Aaron must carry the names on his shoulders as a constant reminder while he is serving the Lord.

And you shall set the two stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod, as stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel. And Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord on his two shoulders for remembrance.

Fasten the two stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as a reminder that Aaron represents the people of Israel. Aaron will carry these names on his shoulders as a constant reminder whenever he goes before the Lord.

亞倫進聖所的時候，要將決斷胸牌，就是刻着以色列兒子名字的，帶在胸前，在耶和華面前常作紀念。

給以色列人作紀念，使亞倫後裔之外的人不得近前來在耶和華面前燒香，免得他遭可拉和他一黨所遭的。這乃是照耶和華藉着摩西所吩咐的。

摩西和祭司以利亞撒收了千夫長、百夫長的金子，就帶進會幕，在耶和華面前作為以色列人的紀念。

又琢出兩塊紅瑪瑙，鑲在金槽上，彷彿刻圖書，按着以色列兒子的名字雕刻；將這兩塊寶石安在以弗得的兩條肩帶上，為以色列人做紀念石，是照耶和華所吩咐摩西的。

又要把淨乳香放在每行餅上，作為紀念，就是作為火祭獻給耶和華。

向我們列祖施憐憫，記念他的聖約－

「你們要記念這日，守為耶和華的節，作為你們世世代代永遠的定例。

哥尼流定睛看他，驚怕說：「主啊，甚麼事呢？」天使說：「你的禱告和你的賙濟達到神面前，已蒙記念了。

耶路撒冷啊，我在你城上設立守望的，他們晝夜必不靜默。呼籲耶和華的，你們不要歇息，

神說：「我與你們並你們這裏的各樣活物所立的永約是有記號的。我把虹放在雲彩中，這就可作我與地立約的記號了。我使雲彩蓋地的時候，必有虹現在雲彩中，我便記念我與你們和各樣有血肉的活物所立的約，水就再不氾濫、毀壞一切有血肉的物了。虹必現在雲彩中，我看見，就要記念我與地上各樣有血肉的活物所立的永約。」神對挪亞說：「這就是我與地上一切有血肉之物立約的記號了。」

當時，你在異象中曉諭你的聖民，說：我已把救助之力加在那有能者的身上；我高舉那從民中所揀選的。

他扶助了他的僕人以色列，

他要建造耶和華的殿，並擔負尊榮，坐在位上掌王權；又必在位上作祭司，使兩職之間籌定和平。這冠冕要歸希連、多比雅、耶大雅，和西番雅的兒子賢，放在耶和華的殿裏為記念。」

因有一嬰孩為我們而生；有一子賜給我們。政權必擔在他的肩頭上；他名稱為「奇妙策士、全能的神、永在的父、和平的君」。

以弗得當有兩條肩帶，接上兩頭，使它相連。

這要在你手上作記號，在你額上作紀念，使耶和華的律法常在你口中，因為耶和華曾用大能的手將你從埃及領出來。

看哪！神是我的拯救；我要倚靠他，並不懼怕。因為主耶和華是我的力量，是我的詩歌，他也成了我的拯救。

凡靠着他進到神面前的人，他都能拯救到底；因為他是長遠活着，替他們祈求。像這樣聖潔、無邪惡、無玷污、遠離罪人、高過諸天的大祭司，原是與我們合宜的。他不像那些大祭司，每日必須先為自己的罪，後為百姓的罪獻祭；因為他只一次將自己獻上，就把這事成全了。律法本是立軟弱的人為大祭司；但在律法以後起誓的話，是立兒子為大祭司，乃是成全到永遠的。
