And this was the custom of the priests with the people: when anyone was offering a sacrifice, the priest’s servant would come while the meat was cooking, with a three pronged fork in his hand.And he would thrust it into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; everything that the fork brought up, the priest would take for himself. They did so in Shiloh to all the Israelites who came there.

Huram also made the pails, the shovels, and the bowls. So Huram finished the work that he did for King Solomon in the house of God:

The captain of the bodyguards also took away the firepans and the basins, what was fine gold and what was fine silver.

The pails, the shovels, the forks, and all its utensils, Huram abi made of polished bronze for King Solomon, for the house of the Lord.

Now Hiram made the basins and the shovels and the bowls. So Hiram finished doing all the work which he performed for King Solomon in the house of the Lord:

and the forks, the basins, and the pitchers of pure gold; and for the golden bowls with the weight for each bowl; and for the silver bowls with the weight for each bowl;

Moses took half of the blood and put it in basins, and the other half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.

He shall take a firepan full of coals of fire from upon the altar before the Lord and two handfuls of finely ground sweet incense, and bring it inside the veil.
