Moses responded to the LORD,“ The people cannot come up Mount Sinai, since you warned us: Put a boundary around the mountain and consecrate it.”

摩西对耶和华说：“百姓不能上西奈山，因为你已经嘱咐我们说：‘要在山的四围定界限，叫山成圣。’”

摩西对耶和华说：“百姓不能上西奈山，因为你已经吩咐我们要在山的四围划定界限，使这山成为圣山。”

摩西对耶和华说：“人民不能上西奈山，因为你曾经警告我们，说：‘要给山定界限，也要把山分别为圣。’”

摩西對耶和華說：「百姓不能上西奈山，因為你已經囑咐我們說：『要在山的四圍定界限，叫山成聖。』」

摩西對耶和華說：「百姓不能上西奈山，因為你已經警告我們說：『要在山的周圍劃定界限，使山成聖。』」

摩西對耶和華說：「百姓不能上西奈山，因為你已經警告我們說：『要在山的周圍劃定界限，使山成聖。』」

摩西對耶和華說：「百姓不能上西奈山，因為你已經吩咐我們要在山的四圍劃定界限，使這山成為聖山。」

摩西對永恆主說：『人民不能上西乃山，因為你警告我們說：「要給山定界限，把山分別為聖。」』

摩西曰、爾曾諭我、在山四周定界、區別為聖、故民不得上之、

對曰、爾曾諭我、範圍西乃山、以為聖所、故民不得上。

摩西對主曰、民不能上此西乃山、因主已諭我儕、當在山之四圍定界、分別山為聖地、

Moses said to the Lord,“ The people cannot come up Mount Sinai, because you yourself warned us,‘ Put limits around the mountain and set it apart as holy.’”

Moses said to the Lord,“ The people can’t come up Mount Sinai. You yourself warned us. You said,‘ Put limits around the mountain. Set it apart as holy.’ ”

And Moses said to the Lord,“ The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai, for you yourself warned us, saying,‘ Set limits around the mountain and consecrate it.’”

“ But Lord,” Moses protested,“ the people cannot come up to Mount Sinai. You already warned us. You told me,‘ Mark off a boundary all around the mountain to set it apart as holy.’”

And Moses said to the Lord,“ The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai, for You warned us, saying,‘ Set boundaries around the mountain and consecrate it.’ ”

But Moses said to the Lord,“ The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai; for You warned us, saying,‘ set bounds around the mountain and consecrate it.’”

And Moses said unto Jehovah, The people cannot come up to mount Sinai: for thou didst charge us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it.

But Moses responded to the Lord,“ The people cannot come up Mount Sinai, since You warned us: Put a boundary around the mountain and consider it holy.”

And Moses said unto the LORD, The people cannot come up to mount Sinai: for thou chargedst us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it.

Moses said to the LORD,“ The people are not able to come up to Mount Sinai, because you solemnly warned us,‘ Set boundaries for the mountain and set it apart.’”

Moses said to Yahweh,“ The people can’t come up to Mount Sinai, for you warned us, saying,‘ Set bounds around the mountain, and sanctify it.’”

Put boundaries for the people all around the mountain and say: Be careful that you don’t go up on the mountain or touch its base. Anyone who touches the mountain must be put to death.

But keep a distance of about a thousand yards between yourselves and the ark. Don’t go near it, so that you can see the way to go, for you haven’t traveled this way before.”Joshua told the people,“ Consecrate yourselves, because the LORD will do wonders among you tomorrow.”
