And they said unto Moses, Because[ there were] no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?

他们对摩西说：“难道埃及没有坟墓，你要把我们带来死在旷野吗？你为什么这样待我们，把我们从埃及领出来呢？

他們對摩西說：「難道在埃及沒有墳地，你把我們帶來死在曠野嗎？你為甚麼這樣待我們，將我們從埃及領出來呢？

他們對摩西說：「難道埃及沒有墳地，你要把我們帶來死在曠野嗎？你為甚麼這樣待我們，將我們從埃及領出來呢？

他們對摩西說：「難道埃及沒有墳地，你要把我們帶來死在曠野嗎？你為甚麼這樣待我們，將我們從埃及領出來呢？

他們對摩西說：「難道埃及沒有墳地，要你帶我們出來死在曠野嗎？為什麼要帶我們離開埃及呢？

他們對摩西說：“難道埃及沒有墳墓，你要把我們帶來死在曠野嗎？你為甚麼這樣待我們，把我們從埃及領出來呢？

對摩西說：『難道在埃及沒有墳墓，你得把我們帶來，死在曠野麼？你為甚麼這樣待我們，將我們從埃及領出來呢？

謂摩西曰、豈以埃及無塚地、而導我出、使亡於野乎、曷待我如是、俾我去埃及耶、

亦謂摩西曰、在埃及、豈無塚地、而導我出、使亡於野、曷待我若是。

謂摩西曰、爾導我出死在曠野、得毋因伊及地無墓乎、爾導我出伊及、何為待我若是、

They said to Moses,“ Was it because there were no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt?

They said to Moses,“ Why did you bring us to the desert to die? Weren’t there any graves in Egypt? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt?

They said to Moses,“ Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? What have you done to us in bringing us out of Egypt?

and they said to Moses,“ Why did you bring us out here to die in the wilderness? Weren’t there enough graves for us in Egypt? What have you done to us? Why did you make us leave Egypt?

They said to Moses,“ Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt?

Then they said to Moses,“ Is it because there were no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you dealt with us in this way, bringing us out of Egypt?

Then they said to Moses,“ Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you so dealt with us, to bring us up out of Egypt?

And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to bring us forth out of Egypt?

They said to Moses:“ Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you took us to die in the wilderness? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt?

and they said to Moses,“ Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the desert? What in the world have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt?

They said to Moses,“ Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you treated us this way, to bring us out of Egypt?

Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked[ him] at the sea,[ even] at the Red sea.Nevertheless he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known.

And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.And all the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God that we had died in the land of Egypt! or would God we had died in this wilderness!And wherefore hath the LORD brought us unto this land, to fall by the sword, that our wives and our children should be a prey? were it not better for us to return into Egypt?And they said one to another, Let us make a captain, and let us return into Egypt.

Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt the LORD?And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore[ is] this[ that] thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?

And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness:And the children of Israel said unto them, Would to God we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh pots,[ and] when we did eat bread to the full; for ye have brought us forth into this wilderness, to kill this whole assembly with hunger.

And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness.

And[ when] the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard[ it]; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed[ them that were] in the uttermost parts of the camp.

And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they[ were] bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah.And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?

And Israel said, Wherefore dealt ye[ so] ill with me,[ as] to tell the man whether ye had yet a brother?

But on the morrow all the congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron, saying, Ye have killed the people of the LORD.

And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Lord, wherefore hast thou[ so] evil entreated this people? why[ is] it[ that] thou hast sent me?
