曰、亞甲族哈米大他子哈曼設謀傳詔、欲滅在王各州之猶大人、今王若樂允、我若蒙恩於王前、王若以為是、我若見悅於王、請王更降一詔、收回哈曼所傳之詔、

正月十三日、遂召王之繕寫、循哈曼所囑、以各州各族之文字方言、託亞哈隨魯王之名書詔、傳於各州之大臣、方伯、與各族之族長、各民之民長、並以王之指環印之、
