我们争战的兵器不是属血气的，乃是从上帝而来的能力，可以摧毁坚固的营垒，

要爱惜光阴，因为现今是个邪恶的世代。

你们要时刻警醒，常常祷告，使你们能逃过这一切将要发生的灾难，并能站在人子面前。”

种子落在盖着浅土的石头地上是指人听了道，欣然接受了，但是没有根基，只是暂时相信，一遇到试炼就放弃了。

因为你遵守我有关坚忍的教导，所以当将来的试炼临到全人类的时候，我必使你免受磨难。

然而，祂来临的日子，谁能承受得了呢？祂出现的时候，谁能站立得住呢？因为祂像炼金之火，又像漂白衣裳的碱。

年轻时要记住你的创造主，不要等到衰老的岁月来临时才哀叹：“我的日子毫无乐趣。”

你们以为灾难的日子离得还远，就大肆施行暴政。

因为祂们发烈怒的大日子到了，谁能站得住呢？”

来自你们那里、做基督耶稣奴仆的以巴弗弟兄问候你们。他常常恳切地为你们祷告，好使你们信心坚定，生命成熟，深知上帝一切的旨意。

不要被虚空的道理欺骗，因为上帝的烈怒必临到上述那些悖逆的人。
