Much dreaming and many words are meaningless. Therefore fear God.

Dreaming too much and talking too much are meaningless. So have respect for God.

For when dreams increase and words grow many, there is vanity; but God is the one you must fear.

Talk is cheap, like daydreams and other useless activities. Fear God instead.

听完了这一切，结论就是：当敬畏神，谨守他的诫命，因为这是每一个人的本份。

你抓住这个是好的，也不要放手那个；因为敬畏神的人，能兼顾这两者。

我告诉你们：人所说的每一句无益的话，在那审判的日子，句句都要做出交代，

我知道：神所做的一切，都必永存，无可增添，无可减少；神这样做，是要人在他面前心存敬畏。

你的心不要嫉妒罪人，而要终日敬畏耶和华；

要知道，梦来自事务繁多，愚昧的声音来自多言多语。

即使罪人作恶百次仍享长寿，然而我知道，敬畏神的人日子美好，因他们在神面前心存敬畏；

你们中间谁是敬畏耶和华、听他仆人声音的呢？谁是行在黑暗中、没有亮光的呢？他就当依靠耶和华的名，依赖自己的神！看哪！你们一切点火、用火把围绕自己的，就在你们火焰的光和你们所点的火把中走下去吧！你们必躺在痛苦之地——这就是从我手中临到你们的！
