牛羊众多、金银日增的时候，

and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied,

The number of your herds and flocks increases. You also get more and more silver and gold. And everything you have multiplies.

and when your herds and flocks multiply and your silver and gold is multiplied and all that you have is multiplied,

and when your flocks and herds have become very large and your silver and gold have multiplied along with everything else, be careful!

and your herds and flocks grow large, and your silver and gold multiply, and everything else you have increases,

and when your herds and your flocks increase, and your silver and gold increase, and everything that you have increases,

and when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and your gold are multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied;

and when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;

and your herds and flocks grow large, and your silver and gold multiply, and everything else you have increases,

when your cattle and flocks increase, when you have plenty of silver and gold, and when you have abundance of everything,

and when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and your gold is multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied;

人生不过是幻影，劳碌奔波却一场空，积蓄财富却不知谁来享用。

亚伯兰带着妻子、侄儿罗得和所有的一切离开埃及去南地。这时候亚伯兰已经拥有很多牲畜和金银。他从南地渐渐迁移到伯特利，到了他从前在伯特利和艾中间搭帐篷和筑坛的地方。他又在那里求告耶和华。

七千只羊、三千只骆驼、五百对牛、五百头母驴及许多仆婢。他在东方人中最富有。

这时，人群中有人对耶稣说：“老师，请你劝劝我的兄长跟我分家产吧。”耶稣答道：“朋友，谁派我做你们的审判官或仲裁，为你们分家产呢？”接着，祂对众人说：“你们要小心防范一切的贪心，因为人的生命并不在于家道富足。”耶稣又讲了一个比喻，说：“有一个富翁，他的田里大丰收，于是心里盘算，‘我储藏农产的地方不够了，怎么办呢？’于是他说，‘不如把原有的仓库拆掉，建几座更大的，好储藏我所有的粮食和财物！那时，我就可以对自己说，“你积存这么多财产，一生享用不尽，现在大可高枕无忧、尽情地吃喝玩乐吧！”’但上帝对他说，‘无知的人啊，今晚就要取走你的命！你所预备的一切留给谁享用呢？’”耶稣说：“这就是那些只顾为自己积财、在上帝面前却不富足之人的写照。”
