When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations— the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you—

The Lord your God will bring you into the land. You are going to enter it and take it as your own. He’ll drive out many nations to make room for you. He’ll drive out the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. Those seven nations are larger and stronger than you are.

要将比你强大的列国从你面前赶出，领你进去，把他们的地赐你为业，像今日一样。

“以色列啊，你要听！你今日要过约旦河，进去占领比你更强大的列国，那里的城镇又大，城墙又坚固，如天一样高。

耶和华—你的神必在你面前过河，把这些国从你面前除灭，你就必得他们的地。约书亚要在你面前过河，是照耶和华所吩咐的。

“你出去与仇敌作战，若看见马匹、战车，以及比你更多的士兵，不要怕他们，因为领你出埃及地的耶和华—你的神与你同在。

我要差遣使者在你前面，把迦南人、亚摩利人、赫人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人赶出

在那日，耶和华与亚伯兰立约，说：“我已赐给你的后裔这一片地，从埃及河直到大河，幼发拉底河，就是基尼人、基尼洗人、甲摩尼人、赫人、比利洗人、利乏音人、亚摩利人、迦南人、革迦撒人、耶布斯人的地。”

他消灭了迦南地七族的人后，把那地分给他们为业，

你曾用手赶出外邦人，却栽培了我们的列祖；你苦待万民，却叫我们的列祖发达。因为他们不是靠自己的刀剑承受土地，也不是靠自己的膀臂得胜，而是靠你的右手、你的膀臂，和你脸上的亮光，因为你喜爱他们。

“耶和华—你的神将他们从你面前赶出以后，你心里不可说：‘耶和华领我得这地是因我的义。’其实，耶和华将这些国家从你面前赶出去是因他们的恶。

“现在，以色列啊，听我所教导你们的律例典章，要遵行，好使你们存活，得以进入耶和华—你们列祖之神所赐给你们的地，承受为业。我吩咐你们的话，你们不可加添，也不可删减，好叫你们遵守耶和华—你们神的命令，就是我所吩咐你们的。你们已亲眼看见耶和华因巴力‧毗珥所做的。凡随从巴力‧毗珥的人，耶和华—你的神都从你中间除灭了。

你们的孩子，就是你们说要成为掳物的，我必领他们进去，他们就得知你们所厌弃的那地。

当耶和华—你的神领你进入要得为业的那地，你就要在基利心山上宣布祝福，在以巴路山上宣布诅咒。

可以从你面前赶出你所有的仇敌，正如耶和华所说的。

你大发威严，摧毁了你的敌人；你发出烈怒，吞灭他们如同碎秸。

他在他们面前赶出外邦人，用绳子抽签量地给他们为业，让以色列支派的人住在自己的帐棚里。

我起誓应许给亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的地，我要领你们进去，将那地赐给你们为业。我是耶和华。’”

我要派瘟疫在你的前面，把希未人、迦南人、赫人从你面前赶出去。

因为我将他们领进我向他们列祖起誓应许那流奶与蜜之地，他们在那里吃得饱足，长得肥胖，就偏向别神，事奉它们，藐视我，背弃我的约。

“耶和华—你的神必领你进他向你列祖亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各起誓要给你的地。那里有又大又美的城镇，不是你建造的；

他将我们从那里领出来，为要领我们进入他向我们列祖起誓应许之地，把这地赐给我们。

“这是耶和华—你们的神所吩咐要教导你们的诫命、律例、典章，叫你们在所要过去得为业的地上遵行，
