我今以其典章誡命諭爾、爾當遵守、則爾與子孫、皆可得福、亦可延年、於爾上帝耶和華所賜之地、○

我今所傳者、耶和華之法度禮儀爾當恪守、則爾納福、爰及予孫、在爾上帝、耶和華所錫之地、永享遐齡。○

我今日所傳於爾主之律例誡命、爾當遵守、則爾與子孫皆可得福、亦可久居於主爾天主所賜之地、○

Keep his decrees and commands, which I am giving you today, so that it may go well with you and your children after you and that you may live long in the land the Lord your God gives you for all time.

I’m giving you his rules and commands today. Obey them. Then things will go well with you and your children after you. You will live a long time in the land. The Lord your God is giving you the land for all time to come.

Therefore you shall keep his statutes and his commandments, which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land that the Lord your God is giving you for all time.”

If you obey all the decrees and commands I am giving you today, all will be well with you and your children. I am giving you these instructions so you will enjoy a long life in the land the Lord your God is giving you for all time.”

“‘当孝敬父母，正如耶和华—你神所吩咐的，使你得福，并使你的日子在耶和华—你神所赐给你的地上得以长久。

“你们要谨守我的诫命，遵行它们。我是耶和华。

耶和华眼中看为正直和美善的事，你都要遵行，使你得福，可以进去得耶和华向你列祖起誓应许的美地，

总要放母鸟走，只可以取小鸟。这样你就可以享福，日子得以长久。

你要谨守听从我所吩咐的一切话，好让你和你的子孙可以永远得福，因为你行耶和华—你神眼中看为善、看为正的事。”

不可吃血，好让你和你的子孙可以得福，因为你行了耶和华眼中看为正的事。

你们要谨守遵行；这就是你们在万民眼前的智慧和聪明。他们听见这一切律例，必说：‘这大国的人真是有智慧，有聪明！’

“现在，以色列啊，听我所教导你们的律例典章，要遵行，好使你们存活，得以进入耶和华—你们列祖之神所赐给你们的地，承受为业。

“你若留心听从耶和华—你神的话，谨守遵行他的一切诫命，就是我今日所吩咐你的，他必使你超乎地上的万国之上。你若听从耶和华—你神的话，这一切的福气必临到你身上，追随你：你在城里必蒙福，在田间也必蒙福。你身所生的，你地所产的，你牲畜所生的，牛犊、羔羊，都必蒙福。你的筐子和你的揉面盆都必蒙福。你出也蒙福，入也蒙福。“耶和华必使那起来攻击你的仇敌在你面前溃败。他们从一条路来攻击你，必在你面前从七条路逃跑。在你仓房里，以及你手所做的一切，耶和华必发令赐福给你。耶和华—你神也必在所赐你的地上赐福给你。你若谨守耶和华—你神的诫命，遵行他的道，他必照他向你所起的誓立你为自己神圣的子民。地上的万民见你归在耶和华的名下，就必惧怕你。在耶和华向你列祖起誓应许赐你的土地上，他必使你身所生的，牲畜所生的，地所产的，都丰富有余。耶和华必为你敞开天上的宝库，按时降雨在你的地上。他必赐福你手里所做的一切。你必借给许多国家，却不必去借贷。你若听从耶和华—你神的诫命，就是我今日所吩咐你的，谨守遵行，耶和华就必使你作首不作尾，居上不居下，只要你不偏左右，不背离我今日所吩咐你的一切话，也不随从别神，事奉它们。”

你们要走耶和华—你们的神所吩咐的一切道路，使你们可以存活得福，并使你们的日子在所要承受的地上得以长久。”

这约是我将你们祖先从埃及地领出来，脱离铁炉的那日所吩咐他们的，说：你们要听从我的话，照我所吩咐的一切去做。这样，你们作我的子民，我也作你们的神，

“你们不可为自己造虚无的神明，不可竖立雕刻的偶像或柱像，也不可在你们的地上安放石像，向它跪拜，因为我是耶和华—你们的神。你们要谨守我的安息日，敬畏我的圣所。我是耶和华。“你们若遵行我的律例，谨守我的诫命，实行它们，我必按时降雨给你们，使地长出农作物，田野的树结出果实。你们打谷物要打到摘葡萄的时候，摘葡萄要摘到播种的时候。你们要吃粮食得饱足，在你们的地上安然居住。我要赐平安在地上；你们躺卧，无人惊吓。我要使你们地上的恶兽消灭，刀剑必不穿越你们的地。你们要追赶仇敌，他们必倒在你们刀下。你们五个人要追赶一百人，一百人要追赶一万人；仇敌必在你们面前倒在刀下。我要眷顾你们，使你们生养众多，也要与你们坚立我的约。你们要吃储存的陈粮，又要为新粮清理陈粮。我要在你们中间立我的帐幕，我的心也不厌恶你们。我要行走在你们中间，作你们的神，你们要作我的子民。我是耶和华—你们的神，曾将你们从埃及地领出来，使你们不再作埃及人的奴仆；我曾折断你们所负的轭，使你们挺身前行。”

有了我的命令而又遵守的人，就是爱我的；爱我的人，我父要爱他，我也要爱他，并且要亲自向他显现。”犹大（不是加略人犹大）问耶稣：“主啊，为什么亲自向我们显现，而不向世人显现呢？”耶稣回答他说：“凡爱我的人就会遵守我的道，我父也会爱他，并且我们要到他那里去，与他同住。不爱我的人就不遵守我的道。你们所听见的道不是我的，而是差我来之父的。

因操练身体有些益处；但敬虔在各方面都有益，它有现今和未来的生命的应许。

“你们若爱我，就会遵守我的命令。
