我今天将祂的律例和诫命传授给你们，你们要遵守，以便你们及子孙都蒙福，在你们上帝耶和华所赐的土地上得享长寿。”

我今以其典章誡命諭爾、爾當遵守、則爾與子孫、皆可得福、亦可延年、於爾上帝耶和華所賜之地、○

我今所傳者、耶和華之法度禮儀爾當恪守、則爾納福、爰及予孫、在爾上帝、耶和華所錫之地、永享遐齡。○

我今日所傳於爾主之律例誡命、爾當遵守、則爾與子孫皆可得福、亦可久居於主爾天主所賜之地、○

Keep his decrees and commands, which I am giving you today, so that it may go well with you and your children after you and that you may live long in the land the Lord your God gives you for all time.

I’m giving you his rules and commands today. Obey them. Then things will go well with you and your children after you. You will live a long time in the land. The Lord your God is giving you the land for all time to come.

Therefore you shall keep his statutes and his commandments, which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land that the Lord your God is giving you for all time.”

If you obey all the decrees and commands I am giving you today, all will be well with you and your children. I am giving you these instructions so you will enjoy a long life in the land the Lord your God is giving you for all time.”

Keep his statutes and commands, which I am giving you today, so that you and your children after you may prosper and so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you for all time.”

So you shall keep His statutes and His commandments which I am giving you today, so that it may go well for you and for your children after you, and that you may live long on the land which the Lord your God is giving you for all time.”

You shall therefore keep His statutes and His commandments which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which the Lord your God is giving you for all time.”

Keep his statutes and commandments that I am setting forth today so that it may go well with you and your descendants and that you may enjoy longevity in the land that the LORD your God is about to give you as a permanent possession.

You shall keep his statutes and his commandments which I command you today, that it may go well with you and with your children after you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which Yahweh your God gives you for all time.

以色列人啊，你们要留心听，谨慎遵行，以便你们在那奶蜜之乡可以凡事顺利、子孙众多，正如你们祖先的上帝耶和华给你们的应许。

你们可以取走雏鸟，但要放走母鸟。这样，你们就会凡事顺利，得享长寿。

使你在世上蒙祝福、享长寿。”

你们要认真听从我给你们的这些吩咐，做你们的上帝耶和华视为正与善的事，以便你们及子孙凡事顺利，直到永远。

你们要做耶和华视为正的事——不可吃血，以便你们及子孙凡事顺利。

你们要谨遵这些律例和典章，因为这样就会让外族人看见你们的智慧和聪明。他们听见这些律法后，必说，‘这伟大的民族真有智慧和聪明！’

“以色列人啊，要聆听我传授给你们的律法，要切实遵行，以便你们可以存活，并进入你们祖先的上帝耶和华赐给你们的那片土地。

“你们若全心顺服你们的上帝耶和华，谨遵祂今天借我吩咐你们的一切诫命，祂必使你们超越天下万国。你们若听从你们的上帝耶和华的话，以下的福气必临到你们，追随你们。“无论你们住在城里还是乡村，都必蒙福。“你们必子孙昌盛，五谷丰登，牛羊成群。“你们的篮子和揉面盆都必蒙福。“你们必出入平安。“耶和华必使来犯之敌败在你们面前、溃不成军、四散逃命。“耶和华必使你们凡事蒙福、五谷满仓。你们的上帝耶和华必在祂赐给你们的土地上赐福你们。“你们若遵守你们上帝耶和华的诫命，遵行祂的旨意，祂必按自己的誓言使你们成为祂圣洁的子民。天下万民将看出你们是耶和华的子民，并惧怕你们。“在耶和华向你们祖先起誓要赐给你们的土地上，祂必使你们子孙昌盛、牛羊成群、五谷丰登。耶和华要为你们打开天上美好的仓库，使你们风调雨顺、凡事蒙福。你们必借贷给多国，却无需向别国借贷。你们若听从你们的上帝耶和华借我今天吩咐你们的诫命，谨慎遵行，毫不偏离，也不随从、供奉别的神明，祂必使你们做首不做尾，居上不居下。

这样，你们便得享长寿，并且可以在你们将要占领的土地上兴盛。

我把你们的祖先从埃及——苦难的熔炉里带出来，那时我吩咐他们遵守这约。他们若听从我的话，遵行我的吩咐，就必做我的子民，我也必做他们的上帝。

“你们不可为自己制造偶像，不可竖立神像和神柱，也不可在你们境内安放祭拜用的石像。我是你们的上帝耶和华。你们要守我的安息日，敬畏我的圣所。我是耶和华。如果你们遵行我的律例，持守我的诫命，我就按时降雨给你们，使土地长出庄稼、果树结出果实。你们要打粮食打到摘葡萄的时候，摘葡萄摘到播种的时候。你们必丰衣足食，安然居住。“我要使你们得享太平，安枕无忧。我要除掉你们境内的猛兽，也要使你们免遭刀剑之灾。你们将追赶仇敌，使他们倒在你们刀下。你们五人要追赶一百人，一百人要追赶一万人，他们必死在你们刀下。我要眷顾你们，使你们生养众多，也要坚守与你们所立的约。你们存粮很多，甚至要搬出陈粮来储存新粮。我要住在你们中间，我必不厌弃你们。我要在你们中间往来。我要做你们的上帝，你们要做我的子民。我是你们的上帝耶和华。我曾带领你们离开埃及，使你们不再做埃及人的奴隶。我打碎了压在你们身上的重轭，使你们能昂首挺胸、扬眉吐气。

接受我的命令又遵行的，就是爱我的人。爱我的，父必定爱他，我也要爱他，并且要亲自向他显现。”犹大，不是后来出卖耶稣的犹大，问耶稣：“主啊，你为什么只向我们显现而不向世人显现呢？”耶稣回答说：“爱我的人必遵行我的道，我父也必爱他，并且我们要到他那里与他同住。不爱我的人不会遵行我的道。你们所听见的道不是出于我自己，而是出于差我来的父。

锻炼体魄益处还少，敬虔生活受益无穷，拥有今生和永世的应许。

“你们若爱我，就必遵守我的命令。
