Has any god ever tried to take for himself one nation out of another nation, by testings, by signs and wonders, by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, or by great and awesome deeds, like all the things the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your very eyes?

Has any god ever tried to take one nation out of another to be his own? Has any god done it by testing his people? Has any god done it with signs and amazing deeds or with war? Has any god reached out his mighty hand and powerful arm? Or has any god shown his people his great and wonderful acts? The Lord your God did all those things for you in Egypt. With your very own eyes you saw him do them.

Has any other god dared to take a nation for himself out of another nation by means of trials, miraculous signs, wonders, war, a strong hand, a powerful arm, and terrifying acts? Yet that is what the Lord your God did for you in Egypt, right before your eyes.

Or has a god attempted to go and take a nation as his own out of another nation, by trials, signs, wonders, and war, by a strong hand and an outstretched arm, by great terrors, as the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Or has a god ventured to go to take for himself a nation from within another nation by trials, by signs and wonders, by war, by a mighty hand, by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, just as the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Or did God ever try to go and take for Himself a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Or hath God assayed to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that Jehovah your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Or has a god attempted to go and take a nation as his own out of another nation, by trials, signs, wonders, and war, by a strong hand and an outstretched arm, by great terrors, as the Lord your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Or hath God assayed to go[ and] take him a nation from the midst of[ another] nation, by temptations, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

Or has God ever before tried to deliver a nation from the middle of another nation, accompanied by judgments, signs, wonders, war, strength, power, and other very terrifying things like the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your very eyes?

Or has God tried to go and take a nation for himself from among another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, by war, by a mighty hand, by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that Yahweh your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

And the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, with great deeds of terror, with signs and wonders.

the great trials that your eyes saw, the signs, the wonders, the mighty hand, and the outstretched arm, by which the Lord your God brought you out. So will the Lord your God do to all the peoples of whom you are afraid.

Say therefore to the people of Israel,‘ I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will deliver you from slavery to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great acts of judgment.

He gave over their cattle to the hail and their flocks to thunderbolts.He let loose on them his burning anger, wrath, indignation, and distress, a company of destroying angels.He made a path for his anger; he did not spare them from death, but gave their lives over to the plague.He struck down every firstborn in Egypt, the firstfruits of their strength in the tents of Ham.Then he led out his people like sheep and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.He led them in safety, so that they were not afraid, but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

and I promise that I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, a land flowing with milk and honey.”’And they will listen to your voice, and you and the elders of Israel shall go to the king of Egypt and say to him,‘ The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us; and now, please let us go a three days’ journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God.’But I know that the king of Egypt will not let you go unless compelled by a mighty hand.So I will stretch out my hand and strike Egypt with all the wonders that I will do in it; after that he will let you go.

and for all the mighty power and all the great deeds of terror that Moses did in the sight of all Israel.

And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he and all his servants and all the Egyptians. And there was a great cry in Egypt, for there was not a house where someone was not dead.Then he summoned Moses and Aaron by night and said,“ Up, go out from among my people, both you and the people of Israel; and go, serve the Lord, as you have said.Take your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and be gone, and bless me also!”The Egyptians were urgent with the people to send them out of the land in haste. For they said,“ We shall all be dead.”

Come, I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring my people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.”

Then Pharaoh’s servants said to him,“ How long shall this man be a snare to us? Let the men go, that they may serve the Lord their God. Do you not yet understand that Egypt is ruined?”

Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you,

But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and though I multiply my signs and wonders in the land of Egypt,

Then whoever feared the word of the Lord among the servants of Pharaoh hurried his slaves and his livestock into the houses,but whoever did not pay attention to the word of the Lord left his slaves and his livestock in the field.

In the sight of their fathers he performed wonders in the land of Egypt, in the fields of Zoan.

And he said to his people,“ Behold, the people of Israel are too many and too mighty for us.
