要等待伸冤報應的日子，等待他們的腳顛躓的時候麼？因為他們遭遇災難的日子近了，那準備要臨到他們身上的就要迅速地來臨。

伸冤在我、其足躓時、我必報之、禍日伊邇、災難速臨、

伸冤在我、我必報之、斯時也、其足傾跌、禍及其身、所定速至。

懲罰在我我必報復、其足躓蹶必有其時、彼之受禍其日伊邇、當受之報速臨其身、

It is mine to avenge; I will repay. In due time their foot will slip; their day of disaster is near and their doom rushes upon them.”

I punish people. I will pay them back. The time will come when their feet will slip. Their day of trouble is near. Very soon they will be destroyed.”

Vengeance is mine, and recompense, for the time when their foot shall slip; for the day of their calamity is at hand, and their doom comes swiftly.’

I will take revenge; I will pay them back. In due time their feet will slip. Their day of disaster will arrive, and their destiny will overtake them.’

因为我们知道谁说：“伸冤在我，我必报应”；又说：“主要审判他的百姓。”

他们因有贪心，要用捏造的言语在你们身上取利。他们的刑罚，自古以来并不迟延；他们的灭亡也必速速来到。

亲爱的弟兄，不要自己伸冤，宁可让步，听凭主怒；因为经上记着：“主说：‘伸冤在我，我必报应。’”

耶和华是忌邪施报的神。耶和华施报大有忿怒；向他的敌人施报，向他的仇敌怀怒。

等我进了神的圣所，思想他们的结局。你实在把他们安在滑地，使他们掉在沉沦之中。他们转眼之间成了何等的荒凉！他们被惊恐灭尽了。

亲爱的弟兄啊，有一件事你们不可忘记，就是主看一日如千年，千年如一日。主所应许的尚未成就，有人以为他是耽延，其实不是耽延，乃是宽容你们，不愿有一人沉沦，乃愿人人都悔改。但主的日子要像贼来到一样。那日，天必大有响声废去，有形质的都要被烈火销化，地和其上的物都要烧尽了。

他发忿恨，谁能立得住呢？他发烈怒，谁能当得起呢？他的忿怒如火倾倒；磐石因他崩裂。

说：“任他急速行，赶快成就他的作为，使我们看看；任以色列圣者所谋划的临近成就，使我们知道。”

耶和华你们的神未使黑暗来到，你们的脚未在昏暗山上绊跌之先，当将荣耀归给他；免得你们盼望光明，他使光明变为死荫，成为幽暗。

我快要将我的忿怒倾在你身上，向你成就我怒中所定的，按你的行为审判你，照你一切可憎的事刑罚你。我眼必不顾惜你，也不可怜你，必按你所行的报应你，照你中间可憎的事刑罚你。你就知道击打你的是我耶和华。

许多人必在其上绊脚跌倒，而且跌碎，并陷入网罗，被缠住。”

所以，以色列的圣者如此说：“因为你们藐视这训诲的话，倚赖欺压和乖僻，以此为可靠的，故此，这罪孽在你们身上，好像将要破裂凸出来的高墙，顷刻之间忽然坍塌；

因为这默示有一定的日期，快要应验，并不虚谎。虽然迟延，还要等候；因为必然临到，不再迟延。”

你们外邦人当与主的百姓一同欢呼；因他要伸他仆人流血的冤，报应他的敌人，洁净他的地，救赎他的百姓。”

神的选民昼夜呼吁他，他纵然为他们忍了多时，岂不终久给他们伸冤吗？我告诉你们，要快快地给他们伸冤了。然而，人子来的时候，遇得见世上有信德吗？”

因此，他们的道路必像黑暗中的滑地，他们必被追赶，在这路中仆倒；因为当追讨之年，我必使灾祸临到他们。这是耶和华说的。

至小的族要加增千倍；微弱的国必成为强盛。我耶和华要按定期速成这事。

又说：“作了绊脚的石头，跌人的磐石。”他们既不顺从，就在道理上绊跌；他们这样绊跌也是预定的。

耶和华啊，你是伸冤的神；伸冤的神啊，求你发出光来！

因为他是神的用人，是与你有益的。你若作恶，却当惧怕，因为他不是空空地佩剑；他是神的用人，是伸冤的，刑罚那作恶的。

所以耶和华如此说：“我要将绊脚石放在这百姓前面。父亲和儿子要一同跌在其上；邻舍与朋友也都灭亡。”

恶人的道好像幽暗，自己不知因什么跌倒。
