使其受饑而體瘦、見消於熱疫毒癘、使野獸之齒害之、腹行者之毒傷之、

I will send wasting famine against them, consuming pestilence and deadly plague; I will send against them the fangs of wild beasts, the venom of vipers that glide in the dust.

I will send them hunger. It will make them weak. I will send terrible sickness. I will send deadly plagues. I will send wild animals that will tear them apart. Snakes that glide through the dust will bite them.

They will be wasted by famine, and emaciated by plague And a bitter epidemic; And the teeth of beasts I will send against them, With the venom of crawling things of the dust.

我要打发野地的走兽到你们中间，夺去你们的儿女，吞灭你们的牲畜，使你们人数减少，道路荒凉。

我要令饥荒和恶兽临到你，使你丧失儿女。瘟疫和流血的事必在你那里盛行，我也要使刀剑临到你。这是我—耶和华说的。”

我若使恶兽经过那地，大肆蹂躏，使地荒凉，以致因这些兽，人都不得经过；

“我命定四样灾害临到他们，就是刀剑杀戮、群狗拖拉、空中的飞鸟和地上的走兽吞吃毁灭。这是耶和华说的。

我若出到田间，看哪，有被刀杀的；我若进入城内，看哪，有因饥荒患病的；先知和祭司也在各地往来经商，不知如何是好。

就是勇士的利箭、罗腾木的炭火。

因饥荒的干热，我们的皮肤热如火炉。

也不怕黑夜流行的瘟疫，或是午间灭人的灾害。

他们必死于致命的疾病，无人哀哭，不得埋葬，在地上如粪土，因刀剑和饥荒而灭绝；他们的尸首必给空中的飞鸟和地上的走兽作食物。

虽然藏在迦密山顶，我必在那里搜寻，擒拿他们；虽然离开我眼前藏在海底，我必在那里命令蛇咬他们；

“主耶和华如此说：我若将这四样大灾，就是刀剑、饥荒、恶兽、瘟疫降在耶路撒冷，将人与牲畜从其中剪除，岂不是更严重吗？

野狼必与羔羊同食，狮子必吃草，与牛一样，蛇必以尘土为食物；在我圣山的遍处，它们都不伤人，也不害物；这是耶和华说的。”

在他前面有瘟疫流行，在他脚下有热症发出。

他看见居所安舒，土地肥美，就屈肩负重，成为服劳役的仆人。

因他发出光辉，冰雹和火炭穿透密云。耶和华在天上打雷，至高者发出声音，就有冰雹和火炭。他射出箭来，使仇敌四散；发出连串的闪电，击溃他们。

想望耶和华日子的人有祸了！为什么你们要耶和华的日子呢？那是黑暗没有光明的日子，好像人躲避狮子却遇见熊；进房屋以手靠墙，却被蛇咬。

耶和华上帝对蛇说：“你既做了这事，就必受诅咒，比一切的牲畜和野兽更重。你必用肚子行走，终生吃土。

你在仇敌围困的窘迫中，必吃你本身所生的，就是耶和华—你上帝所赐给你的儿女之肉。

吃奶孩子的舌头因干渴贴住上膛，孩童求饼，却无人擘给他们。素来吃美好食物的，如今遭遗弃在街上；素来穿着朱红衣裳长大的，如今却拥抱粪堆。我百姓的罪孽比所多玛的罪还大；所多玛虽无人伸手攻击，转眼之间就被倾覆。锡安的拿细耳人比雪纯净，比奶更白；他们的身体比宝石更红，身躯之美如蓝宝石一般。但如今他们的面貌比煤炭更黑，在街上无人认识；他们的皮肤紧贴骨头，枯干形同槁木。被刀剑刺杀的胜过因饥饿而死的；饥饿者由于缺乏田里的出产就消瘦而亡。

耶和华要用痨病、热病、发炎、高烧、刀剑、焚风和霉烂攻击你；这些要追赶你，直到你灭亡。
