For a fire will be kindled by my wrath, one that burns down to the realm of the dead below. It will devour the earth and its harvests and set afire the foundations of the mountains.

My anger will start a fire. It will burn all the way down to the kingdom of the dead. It will eat up the earth and its crops. It will set the base of the mountains on fire.

耶和华说：“因此，你们要等候我，等候我起来指证（按照《马索拉文本》，“指证”作“掳掠”；现参照《七十士译本》翻译）的日子，我已经决定集合万邦，召聚列国，把我的盛怒，就是我的一切烈怒，都倾倒在他们身上；因为全地都必被我的妒火吞灭。

大地全然破坏，尽都崩裂，大大震动。大地东歪西倒，像个醉酒的人，又摇来摇去，像座草棚；大地被其上的罪孽重重压着，以致塌陷，不能再起来。

群山在他脚下融化，众谷裂开，如蜡在火前一般，像水冲下斜坡一般，

你们这些蛇，这些毒蛇所生的啊，你们怎能逃脱地狱的刑罚呢？

他在怒中移山翻冈；山冈却不知道；他使大地震动离开本处，大地的柱子就摇撼；

犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪！你们要为了耶和华的缘故自行割礼，除去心里的污秽；不然，我的忿怒必因你们的恶行，如火一般发出来，无人能熄灭！”

那些杀身体却不能杀灵魂的，不要怕他们；倒要怕那位能把灵魂和身体都投入地狱里的。

因为陀斐特那烧着的火早已安排好了，是为君王预备的，又深又宽；其中所堆的，是火和许多的柴；耶和华的气像一股硫磺火，把它燃点起来。

如果你的一只手使你犯罪，就把它砍下来。你身体残废进永生，总比有两只手下到地狱，进入那不灭的火里好得多。（有些抄本有第

你出现的时候，就要使他们像炽热的火炉；耶和华必在他的震怒中吞灭他们，火必烧灭他们。

看哪！耶和华必在火中降临，他的战车好像旋风；他要以猛烈的怒气施行报应，用火焰施行斥责。因为耶和华必用火和刀剑，在所有的人身上施行审判，被耶和华所杀的人必定很多。

有火走在他的前面，烧尽他四围的敌人。

耶和华必不肯饶恕他；耶和华的怒气和愤恨必向这人发作，这书上所写的一切咒诅都要降在那人身上，耶和华也必从天下涂抹他的名。

大山在他面前震动，小山也都融化；大地在他面前废去，世界和所有住在世上的，也都这样。在他盛怒之下，谁能站得住呢？他的烈怒谁能受得了呢？他的忿怒像火一般喷出来，磐石在他面前都崩裂了。

因此，大地被咒诅吞灭，地上的居民要承担惩罚。因此，地上的居民被焚烧，剩下的人很少。

又要报应那些不认识神、不听从我们主耶稣的福音的人。

火怎样焚烧树林，火焰怎样燃烧群山，

万军之耶和华说：“看哪！那日来到，像烧着的火炉一样；骄傲的和作恶的，都必成为碎秸；那要来的日子，必把他们烧尽，不给他们留下一根一枝。可是，对你们敬畏我名的人，必有公义的太阳升起来；它的光线有医治的功能；你们必出来跳跃，像栏里的肥牛犊。”

诸山见你而颤抖，众水暴流而过；深渊发声，举手高扬。

主耶和华这样说：我在妒火中说话攻击列国中余剩的人和以东众人，因为他们全心欢喜，满怀恨恶，把我的地归给自己为业，好占有它为掠物。

虽然大山可以挪开，小山可以迁移，但我的慈爱必不从你身上挪开，我和平的约也必不迁移；这是怜悯你的耶和华说的。

如果你的一只眼睛使你犯罪，就把它挖出来丢掉；你一只眼睛进永生，总比有两只眼睛被投进地狱的火里好。

因此，地虽然震动，群山虽然崩塌入海洋的深处，我们也不害怕。

因为我们的神是烈火。

耶和华啊！求你使天下垂，亲自降临；求你触摸群山，使山冒烟。

那时大地摇撼震动，群山的根基也都动摇，它们摇撼，是因为耶和华发怒。浓烟从他的鼻孔往上冒，烈火从他的口中喷出来，连炭也烧着了。

他在烈怒中砍断以色列所有的角；他从仇敌面前，收回自己的右手。他像吞灭四周物件的火焰，在雅各中间焚烧。
