其時我必震怒、遺棄斯民、不復眷顧、使其並吞於人、多更災患、彼必曰、我不蒙上帝所佑、致遭此禍。

其時我必怒而棄之、掩面不顧之、使被吞食、多遭禍患災難、斯時也、彼必曰、我遭此禍災、豈非因我天主不在我中之故乎、

And in that day I will become angry with them and forsake them; I will hide my face from them, and they will be destroyed. Many disasters and calamities will come on them, and in that day they will ask,‘ Have not these disasters come on us because our God is not with us?’

In that day I will become angry with them. I will desert them. I will turn my face away from them. And they will be destroyed. Many horrible troubles and hard times will come on them. On that day they will say,‘ Trouble has come on us. Our God isn’t with us!’

Then my anger will be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them and hide my face from them, and they will be devoured. And many evils and troubles will come upon them, so that they will say in that day,‘ Have not these evils come upon us because our God is not among us?’

Then my anger will blaze forth against them. I will abandon them, hiding my face from them, and they will be devoured. Terrible trouble will come down on them, and on that day they will say,‘ These disasters have come down on us because God is no longer among us!’

My anger will burn against them on that day; I will abandon them and hide my face from them so that they will become easy prey. Many troubles and afflictions will come to them. On that day they will say,‘ Haven’t these troubles come to us because our God is no longer with us?’

Then My anger will be kindled against them on that day, and I will abandon them and hide My face from them, and they will be consumed, and many evils and troubles will find them; so they will say on that day,‘ Is it not because our God is not among us that these evils have found us?’

Then My anger shall be aroused against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide My face from them, and they shall be devoured. And many evils and troubles shall befall them, so that they will say in that day,‘ Have not these evils come upon us because our God is not among us?’

Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall come on them; so that they will say in that day,‘ Haven’t these evils come on us because our God is not among us?’

I will wait for the Lord, who is hiding his face from the descendants of Jacob. I will put my trust in him. (niv)

He went out to meet Asa and said to him,“ Listen to me, Asa and all Judah and Benjamin. The Lord is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you. (niv)

If only we knew the power of your anger! Your wrath is as great as the fear that is your due. (niv)

The Lord will never be willing to forgive them; his wrath and zeal will burn against them. All the curses written in this book will fall on them, and the Lord will blot out their names from under heaven. (niv)

He repays everyone for what they have done; he brings on them what their conduct deserves. (niv)

Why, Lord, do you make us wander from your ways and harden our hearts so we do not revere you? Return for the sake of your servants, the tribes that are your inheritance. (niv)

Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, God my Savior. (niv)

“ I will hide my face from them,” he said,“ and see what their end will be; for they are a perverse generation, children who are unfaithful.They made me jealous by what is no god and angered me with their worthless idols. I will make them envious by those who are not a people; I will make them angry by a nation that has no understanding.For a fire will be kindled by my wrath, one that burns down to the realm of the dead below. In his anger against Israel the Lord gave them into the hands of raiders who plundered them. He sold them into the hands of their enemies all around, whom they were no longer able to resist.Whenever Israel went out to fight, the hand of the Lord was against them to defeat them, just as he had sworn to them. They were in great distress. (niv)

Why do you hide your face and consider me your enemy? (niv)

How long, Lord? Will you hide yourself forever? How long will your wrath burn like fire? (niv)

Then the Spirit of God came on Zechariah son of Jehoiada the priest. He stood before the people and said,“ This is what God says:‘ Why do you disobey the Lord’s commands? You will not prosper. Because you have forsaken the Lord, he has forsaken you.’” (niv)

Even if they rear children, I will bereave them of every one. Woe to them when I turn away from them! (niv)
