爾當盡心盡意盡力、愛爾上帝耶和華。

宗基督者、是為新造之人、往事已非、諸事更新、

人愛上帝、必為上帝所識、

耶穌曰、當一心、一性、一意、愛主爾之上帝、

愛我、守我誡者福之、至千百世。

我儕知萬事沓來、無非益諸愛上帝者、即依其旨而見召也、

如經云、救主必出郇城、革雅各之不虔、

凡我良朋聽之哉、上帝選斯世貧者、欲彼信主以為富、可嗣上帝所許愛己者之國、

埃及、猶大、以東、亞捫、摩押、與薙鬚之四周、居於曠野者、俱未受割、以色列族心未受割、皆遭重譴。
