Write on them all the words of this law when you have crossed over to enter the land the Lord your God is giving you, a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, promised you.

Write all the words of this law on them. Do it when you have crossed over into the land the Lord your God is giving you. It’s a land that has plenty of milk and honey. The Lord is the God of your people of long ago. He promised you that you would enter the land.

“看哪，日子将到，我要与以色列家和犹大家另立新的约。这是耶和华说的。这约不像我拉着他们祖宗的手，领他们出埃及地的时候与他们所立的约。我虽作他们的丈夫，他们却背了我的约。这是耶和华说的。那些日子以后，我与以色列家所立的约是这样：我要将我的律法放在他们里面，写在他们心上。我要作他们的上帝，他们要作我的子民。这是耶和华说的。

“主说：那些日子以后，我与他们所立的约是这样的：我要将我的律法放在他们的心上，又要写在他们的心思里。”

以色列人在旷野走了四十年，直到那从埃及出来，全国能打仗的人都消灭了，因为他们没有听从耶和华的话。耶和华曾向他们起誓，必不容许他们看见耶和华向他们列祖起誓要给我们的地，就是流奶与蜜之地。

如今耶稣已经得了更优越的事奉，正如他作更美之约的中保；这约原是凭更美之应许立的。第一个约若没有瑕疵，就无须寻求第二个约了。所以上帝指责他们说：“主说，看哪，日子将到，我要与以色列家和犹大家另立新的约；不像我拉着他们祖宗的手领他们出埃及地的时候，与他们所立的约；因为他们不恒心守我的约，所以我也不理他们；这是主说的。主又说：那些日子以后，我与以色列家所立的约是这样：我要将我的律法放在他们的心思里，写在他们的心上；我要作他们的上帝，他们要作我的子民。

但我对你们说过，你们要承受他们的土地；我要把这流奶与蜜之地赐给你们，作为你们的产业。我是耶和华—你们的上帝，是把你们从万民中分别出来的。

要系在手上作记号，戴在额上作经匣；

你们就是我们的推荐信，写在我们心里，被众人所知道、所诵读的，而你们显明自己是基督的书信，藉着我们写成的。不是用墨写的，而是用永生上帝的灵写的；不是写在石版上，而是写在心版上的。

我好坚定我向你们列祖所起的誓，赏赐他们流奶与蜜之地，正如今日一样。’”我就回应说：“耶和华啊，阿们！”

他们告诉摩西说：“我们到了你派我们去的那地，果然是流奶与蜜之地；这就是那地的果子。

耶和华若喜爱我们，就必领我们进入那地，把这流奶与蜜之地赐给我们。

把这地赏赐给他们，就是你向他们列祖起誓应许要赐给他们的流奶与蜜之地。
