耶和华你的神把城交付你手，你就要用刀杀尽这城的男丁。

耶和华—你的上帝把那城交在你手里时，你就要用刀杀尽城里的男丁。

你们的上帝耶和华把城交给你们时，你们要杀光城里所有的男子，

耶和华你的神把城交在你手里的时候，你要用利刃杀尽城里所有的男丁。

迨主爾天主以邑付於爾手、則當以刀殺其丁男、

When the Lord your God delivers it into your hand, put to the sword all the men in it.

The Lord your God will hand it over to you. When he does, kill all the men with your swords.

And when the Lord your God gives it into your hand, you shall put all its males to the sword,

When the Lord your God hands the town over to you, use your swords to kill every man in the town.

Yet I have set my king Upon my holy hill of Zion.I will tell of the decree: Jehovah said unto me, Thou art my son; This day have I begotten thee.Ask of me, and I will give thee the nations for thine inheritance, And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.Now therefore be wise, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth.Serve Jehovah with fear, And rejoice with trembling.Kiss the son, lest he be angry, and ye perish in the way, For his wrath will soon be kindled. Blessed are all they that take refuge in him.

and to you that are afflicted rest with us, at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with the angels of his power in flaming fire,rendering vengeance to them that know not God, and to them that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus:who shall suffer punishment, even eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might,

Thy hand will find out all thine enemies; Thy right hand will find out those that hate thee.Thou wilt make them as a fiery furnace in the time of thine anger: Jehovah will swallow them up in his wrath, And the fire shall devour them.

But these mine enemies, that would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

Jehovah saith unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, Until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

For it came to pass, when David was in Edom, and Joab the captain of the host was gone up to bury the slain, and had smitten every male in Edom( for Joab and all Israel remained there six months, until he had cut off every male in Edom);

Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.But all the women- children, that have not known man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.

And they warred against Midian, as Jehovah commanded Moses; and they slew every male.And they slew the kings of Midian with the rest of their slain: Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, the five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword.And the children of Israel took captive the women of Midian and their little ones; and all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods, they took for a prey.
