若有人怀恶意，起来作证，控告他人犯法，

如果有人作伪证诬陷别人，

如果有强横的见证人起来，指证某人作恶，

若有凶惡的見證人起來，見證某人作惡，

若有人懷惡意，起來作證，控告他人犯法，

如果有強橫的見證人起來，指證某人作惡，

若有一個強暴的見證人起來指責一個人，作證控訴他橫逆不道，

如有妄證、起而罪人、

如有妄證以罪歸人、

如有妄證者、證人犯罪、

If a malicious witness takes the stand to accuse someone of a crime,

Suppose a witness who tells lies goes to court and brings charges against someone. The witness says someone committed a crime.

If a malicious witness arises to accuse a person of wrongdoing,

“ If a malicious witness comes forward and accuses someone of a crime,

“ If a malicious witness testifies against someone accusing him of a crime,

If a malicious witness rises up against a person to testify against him of wrongdoing,

If a false witness rises against any man to testify against him of wrongdoing,

If an unrighteous witness rise up against any man to testify against him of wrong- doing,

“ If a malicious witness testifies against someone accusing him of a crime,

If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him[ that which is] wrong;

If a false witness testifies against another person and accuses him of a crime,

If an unrighteous witness rises up against any man to testify against him of wrongdoing,

Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes, for false witnesses rise up against me, spouting malicious accusations. (niv)

“ Do not spread false reports. Do not help a guilty person by being a malicious witness.“ Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd,and do not show favoritism to a poor person in a lawsuit.“ If you come across your enemy’s ox or donkey wandering off, be sure to return it.If you see the donkey of someone who hates you fallen down under its load, do not leave it there; be sure you help them with it.“ Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.Have nothing to do with a false charge and do not put an innocent or honest person to death, for I will not acquit the guilty. (niv)

Ruthless witnesses come forward; they question me on things I know nothing about. (niv)

The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death, but they did not find any.Many testified falsely against him, but their statements did not agree.Then some stood up and gave this false testimony against him:“ We heard him say,‘ I will destroy this temple made with human hands and in three days will build another, not made with hands.’”Yet even then their testimony did not agree. (niv)

They produced false witnesses, who testified,“ This fellow never stops speaking against this holy place and against the law. (niv)

But seat two scoundrels opposite him and have them bring charges that he has cursed both God and the king. Then take him out and stone him to death.”So the elders and nobles who lived in Naboth’s city did as Jezebel directed in the letters she had written to them.They proclaimed a fast and seated Naboth in a prominent place among the people.Then two scoundrels came and sat opposite him and brought charges against Naboth before the people, saying,“ Naboth has cursed both God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death.
