如有先知擅藉我名、言我所未命其宣傳之言、或藉異邦之神而言、彼先知當誅、

若有先知擅敢托我的名说我所未曾吩咐他说的话，或是奉别神的名说话，那先知就必治死。’

若有先知擅自奉我的名说了我未曾吩咐他说的话，或是奉别神的名说话，那先知就必处死。’

若有先知擅自奉我的名说了我未曾吩咐他说的话，或是奉别神的名说话，那先知就必处死。’

若有先知冒我的名说我未曾吩咐他的话，或以其他神明的名义说话，必须处死他。’

“‘不过，如果有先知擅自奉我的名，说我没有吩咐他说的话，或是奉别神的名说话，那先知就必须处死。’

若有先知擅敢託我的名說我所未曾吩咐他說的話，或是奉別神的名說話，那先知就必治死。』

若有先知擅自奉我的名說了我未曾吩咐他說的話，或是奉別神的名說話，那先知就必處死。』

但先知擅藉我名、言我所未嘗諭者、或藉他上帝之名而言、則必死亡。

But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, is to be put to death.”

But suppose a prophet dares to speak in my name something I have not commanded. Or he speaks in the name of other gods. Then that prophet must be put to death.”

But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in my name that I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.’

But any prophet who falsely claims to speak in my name or who speaks in the name of another god must die.’

爾中若有先知或作夢者出、預言異兆奇事、所言之異兆奇事有驗、遂教爾曰、我儕莫若從事異邦之神、異邦之神或作別神下同此神即爾素所未識者、毋聽其先知或作夢者之言、蓋主爾之天主試爾、欲知爾盡心盡意愛主爾天主否、惟爾當順從敬畏主爾之天主、守其誡、聽其命、奉事之、親慕之、惟彼先知或作夢者、既以言教爾違逆主爾之天主、即導爾出伊及贖爾於為奴之地者、誘爾離主爾天主所命爾行之道、則必殺之、除爾中之惡、○

如復有人妄言未來事、妄言未來事或作妄述預言則生之之父母必責之曰、爾佯託主名而言、必不得生、生之之父母、必因其言未來事言末來事或作傳述預言下同刺之、

昔撒瑪利亞之先知、託巴力之名、傳述預言、迷惑我民以色列、其愚我所洞見、今我見耶路撒冷之先知所行、更為可憎、淫人妻女、專行詭譎、使作惡者固執其惡、致無人改其惡行、彼於我前、俱如所多瑪人、耶路撒冷之居民、與俄摩拉人無異、故萬有之主、指諸先知如是云、我必食之以茵蔯、飲之以毒水、蓋邪淫流行遍地、悉由耶路撒冷之先知而出、

以利亞謂之曰、爾曹可執巴力之諸先知、勿使一人逃遁、遂執之、以利亞攜至基順溪、盡殺之、

主曰、我未遣之、彼託我名、妄述預言、如爾信從、我驅逐爾、使爾與向爾妄述預言之先知、同歸滅亡、

彼等如蠢獸、天然受生、特為人執而宰之、毀謗所不知、自取敗亡沈淪、而受作惡之報、

先知耶利米告先知哈拿尼亞曰、哈拿尼亞、爾其聽之、主未嘗遣爾、爾竟使斯民倚賴虛誑、故主如是云、我必除爾於世、今年爾必死、因爾所言、使民違逆主、是年七月、先知哈拿尼亞死、

主諭我曰、彼諸先知、假託我名預言、我未嘗遣之、未嘗命之、未嘗諭之、彼以虛偽之默示、卜筮妄誕、及己心之詐譎、傳於爾曹以為預言、今主論彼先知如是云、彼託我名預言、我未嘗遣之、彼曰、斯地必無鋒刃饑饉之災、彼先知必因鋒刃饑饉而滅、

亭午、以利亞戲之曰、可大聲而呼、彼實乃神、或凝思默想、或深入密室、或行路、抑或寢臥、爾必必或作當使之醒、

祭司不尋我、傳法者不識我、民牧悖逆我、先知託巴力之名而言、從無益之事、

獸被擒、偽先知曾於獸前行異跡、誘惑受獸印誌及拜獸像者、亦同被擒、二者生投於硫磺火坑中、

彼言得默示、悉屬妄誕、占卜皆屬虛偽、自謂傳主之言、主實未曾遣之、妄使人冀其言之應驗、

今爾當遣人集以色列人眾、亦集耶洗別所供養四百五十事巴力之先知、與四百事亞舍拉之先知、咸至迦密山見我、

主曰、凡先知隨口出詞、妄言曰主云者、我必罰之、

謹防偽先知、其就爾、外似羊、內實豺狼、
