The Levitical priests— indeed, the whole tribe of Levi— are to have no allotment or inheritance with Israel. They shall live on the food offerings presented to the Lord, for that is their inheritance.

The priests, who are Levites, won’t receive any part of the land of Israel. That also applies to the whole tribe of Levi. They will eat the food offerings presented to the Lord. That will be their share.

“ The Levitical priests, all the tribe of Levi, shall have no portion or inheritance with Israel. They shall eat the Lord’s food offerings as their inheritance.

“ Remember that the Levitical priests— that is, the whole of the tribe of Levi— will receive no allotment of land among the other tribes in Israel. Instead, the priests and Levites will eat from the special gifts given to the Lord, for that is their share.

“ The Levitical priests, the whole tribe of Levi, will have no portion or inheritance with Israel. They will eat the LORD’s food offerings; that is their inheritance.

“ The Levitical priests, the whole tribe of Levi, shall not have a portion or inheritance with Israel; they shall eat the Lord’s offerings by fire and His property.

“ The priests, the Levites— all the tribe of Levi— shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel; they shall eat the offerings of the Lord made by fire, and His portion.

The priests the Levites, even all the tribe of Levi, shall have no portion nor inheritance with Israel: they shall eat the offerings of Jehovah made by fire, and his inheritance.

“ The Levitical priests, the whole tribe of Levi, will have no portion or inheritance with Israel. They will eat the Lord’s fire offerings; that is their inheritance.

The priests the Levites,[ and] all the tribe of Levi, shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel: they shall eat the offerings of the LORD made by fire, and his inheritance.

The Levitical priests– indeed, the entire tribe of Levi– will have no allotment or inheritance with Israel; they may eat the burnt offerings of the LORD and of his inheritance.

主諭亞倫曰、舉獻歸我之禮物、我賜爾得之、爾既受膏、我以凡以色列人所區別為聖之物、賜爾與爾子孫永為定例、凡以色列人所獻之祭物、即素祭、贖罪祭、贖愆祭、其中不焚以火者、俱為至聖、必歸於爾與爾子孫、

爾居於爾地、當終身謹慎、毋遺忘利未人、○

主諭亞倫曰、爾在以色列人中、必不得地為業、其間無所應得之分、爾在以色列人中所得之分所有之業即我也、或作爾在以色列人中所得之分即在我所我為爾之業

爾豈不知務聖事者、由聖所得食乎、侍祭臺者、在祭臺有分乎、主亦如此命傳福音者、賴福音以養生、

惟不以地予利未人為業、人所獻於主以色列天主之祭物、以為其業、循主所許之者、○

牧天主之群羊在爾處者而監督之、非由勉強、乃由樂意、非為獲不義之利、乃由甘心、毋自以為主、轄制天主之民、民原文作業惟當作群羊之模範、則牧長顯現之時、爾可得不壞之榮冕、

被數之利未人、共二萬三千、被數者悉自一月以上之男、利未人因不與以色列人得地為業、故不與以色列人同見數、○

惟利未支派、摩西不賜業、乃恃主以色列之天主為業、循主所許之者、

利未人在爾中不得地為業、因在主前所得祭司之職為其業、流便迦得二支派、及瑪拿西半支派、已在約但東得其業、即主之僕摩西所賜之者、
