“ You shall not sacrifice to the Lord your God a bull or sheep which has any blemish or defect, for that is an abomination to the Lord your God.

牛羊體有不備、或有惡疾、為爾上帝、耶和華所惡、故不可以獻祭。

凡牛羊體有不備、或有惡殘疾、不可獻於主爾之天主、因此為主爾天主所惡、○

Do not sacrifice to the Lord your God an ox or a sheep that has any defect or flaw in it, for that would be detestable to him.

Suppose an ox or sheep has anything at all wrong with it. Then don’t sacrifice it to the Lord your God. He hates it.

“ You shall not sacrifice to the Lord your God an ox or a sheep in which is a blemish, any defect whatever, for that is an abomination to the Lord your God.

“ Never sacrifice sick or defective cattle, sheep, or goats to the Lord your God, for he detests such gifts.

“ Do not sacrifice to the LORD your God an ox or sheep with a defect or any serious flaw, for that is detestable to the LORD your God.

“ You shall not sacrifice to the Lord your God an ox or a sheep which has a blemish or any defect, for that is a detestable thing to the Lord your God.

Thou shalt not sacrifice unto Jehovah thy God an ox, or a sheep, wherein is a blemish, or anything evil; for that is an abomination unto Jehovah thy God.

“ You must not sacrifice to the Lord your God an ox or sheep with a defect or any serious flaw, for that is detestable to the Lord your God.

Thou shalt not sacrifice unto the LORD thy God[ any] bullock, or sheep, wherein is blemish,[ or] any evilfavouredness: for that[ is] an abomination unto the LORD thy God.

You must not sacrifice to him a bull or sheep that has a blemish or any other defect, because that is considered offensive to the LORD your God.

You shall not sacrifice to Yahweh your God an ox or a sheep in which is a defect or anything evil; for that is an abomination to Yahweh your God.

But if there is a defect in it, if it is lame or blind or has any serious defect, you shall not sacrifice it to the Lord your God.

You shall not bring the wages of a harlot or the price of a dog to the house of the Lord your God for any vowed offering, for both of these are an abomination to the Lord your God.

And when you offer the blind as a sacrifice, Is it not evil? And when you offer the lame and sick, Is it not evil? Offer it then to your governor! Would he be pleased with you? Would he accept you favorably?” Says the Lord of hosts.

then her former husband who divorced her must not take her back to be his wife after she has been defiled; for that is an abomination before the Lord, and you shall not bring sin on the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.

Dishonest scales are an abomination to the Lord, But a just weight is His delight.

These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him:

but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Whatever has a defect, you shall not offer, for it shall not be acceptable on your behalf.And whoever offers a sacrifice of a peace offering to the Lord, to fulfill his vow, or a freewill offering from the cattle or the sheep, it must be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no defect in it.Those that are blind or broken or maimed, or have an ulcer or eczema or scabs, you shall not offer to the Lord, nor make an offering by fire of them on the altar to the Lord.Either a bull or a lamb that has any limb too long or too short you may offer as a freewill offering, but for a vow it shall not be accepted.‘ You shall not offer to the Lord what is bruised or crushed, or torn or cut; nor shall you make any offering of them in your land.Nor from a foreigner’s hand shall you offer any of these as the bread of your God, because their corruption is in them, and defects are in them. They shall not be accepted on your behalf.’”

Then behold, seven other cows came up after them, poor and very ugly and gaunt, such ugliness as I have never seen in all the land of Egypt.

For all who do such things, all who behave unrighteously, are an abomination to the Lord your God.

Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year. You may take it from the sheep or from the goats.

The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord, But the prayer of the upright is His delight.

You also say,‘ Oh, what a weariness!’ And you sneer at it,” Says the Lord of hosts.“ And you bring the stolen, the lame, and the sick; Thus you bring an offering! Should I accept this from your hand?” Says the Lord.“ But cursed be the deceiver Who has in his flock a male, And takes a vow, But sacrifices to the Lord what is blemished— For I am a great King,” Says the Lord of hosts,“ And My name is to be feared among the nations.

Diverse weights and diverse measures, They are both alike, an abomination to the Lord.
