此豁免年之例如斯、凡貸金於鄰與兄弟、兄弟或作同國之人下同此年必豁免、毋相逼索債、因是年稱為主之豁免年、

This is how it is to be done: Every creditor shall cancel any loan they have made to a fellow Israelite. They shall not require payment from anyone among their own people, because the Lord’s time for canceling debts has been proclaimed.

Have you made a loan to one of your own people? Then forgive what is owed to you. You can’t require that person to pay you back. The Lord’ s time to forgive what is owed has been announced.

And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release what he has lent to his neighbor. He shall not exact it of his neighbor, his brother, because the Lord’s release has been proclaimed.

This is how it must be done. Everyone must cancel the loans they have made to their fellow Israelites. They must not demand payment from their neighbors or relatives, for the Lord’s time of release has arrived.

This is how to cancel debt: Every creditor is to cancel what he has lent his neighbor. He is not to collect anything from his neighbor or brother, because the LORD’s release of debts has been proclaimed.

And this is the regulation for the release of debts: every creditor is to forgive what he has loaned to his neighbor; he shall not require it of his neighbor and his brother, because the Lord’s release has been proclaimed.

And this is the form of the release: Every creditor who has lent anything to his neighbor shall release it; he shall not require it of his neighbor or his brother, because it is called the LORD’s release.

And this is the manner of the release: every creditor shall release that which he hath lent unto his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor and his brother; because Jehovah’s release hath been proclaimed.

如果借给人，又指望向人收回，那有什么好处呢？罪人也借给罪人，要如数收回。你们要爱仇敌，善待他们；借出去，不要指望偿还；这样你们的赏赐就大了，你们也必作至高者的儿子，因为神自己也宽待忘恩的和恶人。你们要仁慈像你们的父仁慈一样。“你们不要判断人，就必不受判断；不要定人的罪，就必不被定罪；要饶恕人，就必蒙饶恕；要给人，就必有给你们的；并且要用十足的升斗，连按带摇，上尖下流地倒在你们怀里；因为你们用什么升斗量给人，就必用什么升斗量给你们。”

他们都无力偿还，债主就把两人豁免了。他们之中哪一个更爱他呢？”

因为对不行怜悯的人，审判他们的时候就没有怜悯；怜悯胜过审判。

践踏穷乏人又除掉国中困苦人的，你们要听这话。你们说：“月朔什么时候过去，好让我们可以卖五谷；安息日什么时候结束，好让我们可以开市卖谷物。我们卖东西就把升斗弄小，收银子却用加重了的法码，我们要用假秤欺骗人。我们用银子买穷人，用一双鞋换取穷乏人；连麦碎也卖掉。”

我心中筹算一番以后，就谴责贵族和官长，对他们说：“你们各人向自己的同胞贷款，竟然索取高利！”于是我召开大会攻击他们。我对他们说：“我们已尽了我们的能力，把那些卖了给外族人的同胞犹大人买赎回来，而你们还想要出卖你们的同胞，好让我们再把他们买回来吗？”他们都默不作声，无话可说。我又说：“你们这事作得不对。你们岂不应怀着敬畏我们神的心行事为人，免遭我们的仇敌外族人的毁谤吗？现在我和我的兄弟，以及我的仆人要把银钱和五谷借给他们。让我们大家都放弃放债取利吧！请你们今天就把他们的田地、葡萄园、橄榄园、房屋，以及你们向他们索取的利息：百分之一的利钱、五谷、新酒和新油，都归还给他们。”

他没有钱偿还，主人就下令叫人把他和他的妻子儿女，以及一切所有的都卖掉，用来偿还。那仆人就跪下拜他，说：‘请宽容我，我会把一切还给你的。’主人动了慈心，把那仆人放了，并且免了他的债。那仆人出来，遇见一个欠了他一百个银币的仆人，就抓住他，扼着他的喉咙，说：‘把你欠我的钱还给我。’那和他一同作仆人的就跪下求他，说：‘请宽容我，我会还给你的。’他却不肯，反而把他带走，关在监里，等他把所欠的还清。其他的仆人看见这事，非常难过，就去向主人报告这一切事情。于是主人叫他来，对他说：‘你这个恶仆，你求我，我就免了你欠我的一切。难道你不应该怜悯你的同伴，好像我怜悯你一样吗？’于是主人大怒，把他送去服刑，等他把所欠的一切还清。如果你们各人不从心里饶恕你的弟兄，我的天父也必这样待你们。”

他们说：“为什么我们禁食，你不看呢？为什么我们刻苦己身，你不理会呢？”看哪！你们在禁食的日子，仍然追求自己喜欢作的事，欺压为你们作工的人。

如果你们饶恕别人的过犯，你们的天父也必饶恕你们。如果你们不饶恕别人，你们的父也必不饶恕你们的过犯。

赦免我们的罪债，好像我们饶恕了得罪我们的人；
