Give generously to them and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to.

至於行善與團契捐、你們也別忘了，因為這樣的祭是上帝所喜歡的。

心眼兒好的必蒙祝福；因為他將食物分給貧寒人。

『你在田地裏收割莊稼、若把一捆遺漏在田間，不可再回去拿；那要給寄居的和孤兒寡婦；好使永恆主你的上帝在你手裏作的一切事上賜福與你。

那麼利未人（因為利未人不同你一樣有分有業）、以及在你城內的寄居者和孤兒寡婦、就可以來喫，並且喫得飽足；好使永恆主你的上帝在你手所作的一切事上、賜福與你。

但高尚人卻籌劃着高尚的事，他對於高尚的事必永久支持着。

有的人大方地花錢，反而更添財；有的人過度不放手，反致窮乏。慷慨施捨的人必得豐裕；滋潤人的、自己必得滋潤。

但我樣樣都收到了，而且有富餘；我已得補足，因為我從以巴弗提接受了你們那裏所送來的馨香之氣味、可接納的祭物、上帝所喜歡的。我的上帝必照他在榮耀中、在基督耶穌裏的豐富、使你們一切所需用的得了補足。

你若將你的食物拿出來供應饑餓的人，使困苦的人得到滿足，那你的光就必在黑暗中昇現起來，你的幽暗就必變像中午。

囑咐他們要行善，要在好事上富足，甘心施捨，樂意同人分享，為自己積存着善行做美好的根基、以備將來，好將那真是生命的把握住。

雖然如此，你只要留心聽永恆主你的上帝的聲音，謹慎遵行我今日所吩咐你的這一切誡命，你中間就不至於有窮人了；因為在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你去取得為業的地上、永恆主必大大賜福與你。

我凡事給你們做榜樣，讓你們知道應當這樣勞苦、扶助軟弱的人，記念主耶穌的話；他自己說過：「給予比接受更為有福」』。

若有人宣講，要做講上帝神諭的；若有人作服事的工，要本着上帝所供給的力量；叫上帝在凡事上藉着耶穌基督而得榮耀：榮耀和權能都屬於他、世世無窮。阿們。

關心於貧寒人的有福啊；他遭難的日子、永恆主必搭救他。永恆主保守他，使他活着，以致他在地上得稱為有福；求你不要把他交給仇敵，去遂其心願。

王必回答他們說：「我實在告訴你們，這些事你們既作在我這些弟兄中最小之一個的身上，就是作在我身上了。」

或是勸慰的，就該用在勸慰上。分給的呢、要用慷慨的心；督導的呢、要用熱切；憐恤人的呢、要歡悅喜樂。

所以我以為必須勸那幾位弟兄先到你們那裏去，把你們從前所應許的慨捐先湊好了，讓這一項齊備了，可以顯出是慨捐，而不是我的強取。還有一點：『小量撒種的、也必小量收成；大量撒種的、也必大量收成。』各人要照心裏所酌定的，不要心疼，不要勉強：因為上帝愛歡心樂意的捐獻者。上帝能使各樣的恩惠充盈滿溢地流到你們身上來，使你們凡事常有十分的充足，能夠溢流出各樣慈善的事來。正如經上所記：『他分散財物、給予貧窮；他的仁義永遠長存。』那給撒種的供應種子、又供應餅做食品、必供給並加多你們慈善的種子，使你們仁義的產物增長着；使你們凡事富足，能有十分慷慨的施與。這樣的施與便藉着我們使眾人對上帝生出感謝的心來。

凡有翅膀的滋生蟲、對於你們都不潔淨，都喫不得。
