「那時，我對你們說，『我無法獨自承擔管理你們的重任，

“那時，我曾經對你們說：‘你們的重擔，我獨自一人無法擔當。

『那時我對你們說：「你們的事、我獨自擔當不起。

當時我告爾曰、我不能獨負爾任、

當時我嘗有言、爾之上帝耶和華、既使爾昌熾、如天星之眾多、我無所能獨當斯任、

當時我告爾曰、我獨力不能當爾之任、

At that time I said to you,“ You are too heavy a burden for me to carry alone.

At that time I spoke to you. I said,“ You are too heavy a load for me to carry alone.

“ At that time I said to you,‘ I am not able to bear you by myself.

Moses continued,“ At that time I told you,‘ You are too great a burden for me to carry all by myself.

“ I said to you at that time: I can’t bear the responsibility for you on my own.

“ And I spoke to you at that time, saying,‘ I am not able to endure you alone.

“ And I spoke to you at that time, saying:‘ I alone am not able to bear you.

And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:

“ I said to you at that time: I can’t bear the responsibility for you on my own.

And I spake unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone:

I also said to you at that time,“ I am no longer able to sustain you by myself.

I spoke to you at that time, saying,“ I am not able to bear you myself alone.

You and these people who come to you will only wear yourselves out. The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone. (niv)

I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone. (niv)

He asked the Lord,“ Why have you brought this trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease you that you put the burden of all these people on me?Did I conceive all these people? Did I give them birth? Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms, as a nurse carries an infant, to the land you promised on oath to their ancestors?Where can I get meat for all these people? They keep wailing to me,‘ Give us meat to eat!’I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me. (niv)
