他說：「但以理，去吧！因為這話已經隱藏封閉，直到末時。

他又對我說：「不可封了這書上的預言，因為時候近了。

所說二千三百日的異象是真的，但你要將這異象封住，因為它關乎未來許多的日子。」

他就來到我所站的地方。他一來，我就驚慌，臉伏於地。他對我說：「人子啊，你要明白，因為這是關乎末後時期的異象。」

七個雷發聲後，我正要寫出來，就聽見從天上有聲音說：「七個雷所說的，你要封上，不可寫出來。」

那時，聾子必聽見這書上的話；盲人的眼必從迷矇黑暗中看見。困苦的人必因耶和華增添歡喜，人間貧窮的必因以色列的聖者快樂。

這天國的福音要傳遍天下，對萬民作見證，然後終結才來到。」

你要捲起律法書，在我門徒中間封住教誨。

在我聖山各處，牠們都不傷人，不害物；因為認識耶和華的知識要遍滿全地，好像水充滿海洋一般。

我又看見另一位天使在空中飛翔，有永遠的福音要傳給住在地上的人，就是各邦國、各支派、各語言、各民族。他大聲說：「要敬畏上帝，把榮耀歸給他，因為他施行審判的時候已經到了。要敬拜那創造天、地、海和水源的主。」

民間的智慧人必訓誨許多人，然而在一段日子裏，他們必因刀劍、火燒、擄掠、搶奪而仆倒。

在那日，必沒有光，不會放晴，只有烏雲。耶和華所知的那一日，沒有白天，沒有黑夜，到了晚上仍有亮光。在那日，必有活水從耶路撒冷出來，一半往東海流，一半往西海流；冬夏都是如此。耶和華要作全地的王。那日，耶和華必為獨一無二，他的名也是獨一無二。從迦巴直到耶路撒冷南方的臨門，全地要變為曠野。耶路撒冷要矗立於本處，從便雅憫門到舊門，又到角門，並從哈楠業樓，直到王的酒池。

看的人眼睛不再昏花，聽的人耳朵必留心聽。

「至於你，你要去等候結局。你必安息，到了末期，你必起來，享受你的福分。」

「到末了，南方王要與北方王交戰。北方王要用戰車、騎兵和許多戰船，勢如暴風來攻擊他，又要侵入列國，如洪水氾濫。

波斯王居魯士第三年，有話指示那稱為伯提沙撒的但以理。這話是確實的，指着大戰爭；但以理明白這話，明白這異象。

但我要問，人沒有聽見嗎？當然聽見了。「他們的聲音傳遍全地；他們的言語傳到地極。」

當耶和華包紮他百姓的傷口，醫治他所擊打傷痕的日子，月光必像日光，日光必加七倍，像七日的光一樣。
