“ At the time of the end the king of the South will engage him in battle, and the king of the North will storm out against him with chariots and cavalry and a great fleet of ships. He will invade many countries and sweep through them like a flood.

“ A king in the south will go to war against him. It will happen at the time of the end. The king who will honor himself will rush out against him. He will come with chariots and horsemen. He will attack with a lot of ships. He will lead his army into many countries. He will sweep through them like a flood.

“ At the time of the end, the king of the south shall attack him, but the king of the north shall rush upon him like a whirlwind, with chariots and horsemen, and with many ships. And he shall come into countries and shall overflow and pass through.

Whose arrows[ are] sharp, and all their bows bent, their horses’ hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind:

And[ some] of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make[ them] white,[ even] to the time of the end: because[ it is] yet for a time appointed.

But his sons shall be stirred up, and shall assemble a multitude of great forces: and[ one] shall certainly come, and overflow, and pass through: then shall he return, and be stirred up,[ even] to his fortress.

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book,[ even] to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts[ of armour, even] a great company[ with] bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:

And the LORD shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning: and the Lord GOD shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.

The burden of the desert of the sea. As whirlwinds in the south pass through;[ so] it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land.

Behold, he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots[ shall be] as a whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled.

So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end[ shall be] the vision.

And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.

For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

And the number of the army of the horsemen[ were] two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.

And the king of the south shall be strong, and[ one] of his princes; and he shall be strong above him, and have dominion; his dominion[ shall be] a great dominion.And in the end of years they shall join themselves together; for the king’s daughter of the south shall come to the king of the north to make an agreement: but she shall not retain the power of the arm; neither shall he stand, nor his arm: but she shall be given up, and they that brought her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened her in[ these] times.

Yea, they that feed of the portion of his meat shall destroy him, and his army shall overflow: and many shall fall down slain.And both these kings’ hearts[ shall be] to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table; but it shall not prosper: for yet the end[ shall be] at the time appointed.

And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know[ it]?And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.Thus saith the Lord GOD;[ Art] thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days[ many] years that I would bring thee against them?And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD,[ that] my fury shall come up in my face.
